What's great about it: sale price was good. clear stream, sounds good.
What's not so great: Live 365 limited. support not available by phone
This is my second unit. original one set up well, and was doing well til it petered out and stopped carrying stream. I primarily listen wanted this for KZOK in Seattle since my husband didn't like the laptop in the bedroom, but I do like Pandora, Live 365, and Martini in the Morning also.
After over and hour with support with lots of rebooting and resetting it was decided that radio was defective and I exchanged it. Struggled now for 2 weeks back and forth with support to get Pandora settings right. Finally got it right once I could be with live tech chat. The fact that no phone service is annoying since reason for radio is to get internet away from the computer. As of now, I have service that is acceptable. Other than that seems to be ok. Disappointed that advertising on box implies Live 365 just as easy as Pandora, however, VIP subscription required to get it like you would on the PC. Free Live 365 on this radio is much more limited than free on PC. Battery life was very short on the first unit, haven't tried on this one. Probably won't.

What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Does not work
The radio had major buffering problems. It worked in the same room with the router but 50 feet away and it continuously rebuffered. I returned it and got a Logitech wireless radio that works much better.

What's great about it: Concept, and Excellent Best Buy return policy.
What's not so great: Volume does not work.
The concept of a wireless internet/Sirius radio is good.
This one does not deliver on a promising technology though.
Pros of Device
Relatively easy set up
Does pick up wireless router.
Display is OK and does give adequate
info as station source, whats playing, etc.
Cons
Needs six re chargeable batteries (not supplied). OK
Remote is only fair in selection and layout. OK
Volume does not work on speaker or headphones. (Very bad)
If a fundamental like the amp section of the device doesn't
work this demonstrates a lack of quality control.
Do not recommend this device.

What's great about it: choice of music
What's not so great: not enough presets
We bought this for our cabin which has very limited over the air radio. We can now listen to anything we want. The setup was very easy. We have this connected to our bookshelf stereo system so we can use those speakers. It is very portable and has a remote. Definitely recommend. Wish it had more presets though.

What's not so great: Poor coutomer service - very complecated to connect.
Bought a Allegro and it was impossible to connect to the internet. I called Linksys and got the key for my router and entered it. No network connection. Called Grace customer service and was told to disconnect my router and disable the password and then try the radio. These things are almost impossible to get connected to the internet. You have to disable your firewall to see if it will work. The guy at Grace could have cared less if I got the radio working or not. Terrible customer service. Believe me - this is not a plug and play radio. Returned for a refund.

What's great about it: Sound, portability, easy set up
What's not so great: Display, menus, Grace support
There are alot of WiFi radios on the market and Grace makes some of the better ones. The build quality and sound are very good and there are plenty of music apps like Pandora . The set up was easy and the remote control is better than the credit card types that come with many other models. The display is just fair and the clock is hard to see at night.
I had to contact Grace support as some of the buttons on the remote were not working. I was instructed to download the latest update but the remote still would not function and Grace was unable to correct it.
After a week I bought a Logitech Squeezebox and compared the units side by side. Overall, the Logitech is a much nicer radio. The menus, color displays, music and station choices are much better. The active Logitech on line forums and Logitech support are very helpfull. You can also control many of the radio functions from your PC. As far as sound goes, they are pretty equal which is to say good.
However, the Logitech does not come with a remote or special battery pack which must be purchased from Logitech for $50.
The Grace is certainly a good radio despite a few bugs but if you are willing to spend another $65 or so, the Logitech offers alot more.

What's great about it: size
What's not so great: too difficult to set up.
The product was awful. The worst thing about it are twofold: 1) It says you can get you Satellite radio account but I quickly found out only if it was Sirus and 2) the thing was so difficult to program. Therefore, I found it useless to me and took it right back.

What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Too long to list
Worked great out of the box. Connected easily to the internet without any problems. Next time I went to turn the radio on it would not connect. I have several other wifi products connected to my router with no problems, my connection was not the issue. I tried contacting customer support on several occasssions. This only led to more frustration, their customer support is a joke. A searchable knowledge base exists for only 18 articles none of which are setup issues. You can submit emails; however, good luck getting a response and if you are that fortunate the answer consists of "did you try turning it off and back on?" Ridiculous. Don't bother calling the customer support number, they rarely answer that either. It took me a month to get someone on the phone. Again with the did you try turning it off and on? Their best advice was to suggest I return the product. There is a forum that only contains a bunch of unanswered compliants by many unsatisifed customers. Lastly, there is a manual that offers no troubleshooting techiniques, and doesn't even bother to list the customer support number. It just gives the customer support website which offers zero information. I would not accept any product from this company even if they were offering it free. It is just not worth the hassle. Don't be fooled by the great reviews you see here. Do your research and you will find that its about 50/50 either the product works and its given 5 stars or there was an issue with the product and people basically have a lump of plastic for decoration. If I could have rated this thing with negative stars I would have.

What's great about it: It access the internet radio stations.
What's not so great: short battery life & searching for radio stations
The battery life was too short. The led screen would drain the battery overnight. The radio had to be plug into in an outlet so the battery could recharge, therefore ti could not be used as a portable internet radio. Setting the different stations was not user friendly. When searching for a stations you had to start over at the beginning, therefore you re-entering the same information each time you search for another station.

What's great about it: Great sound, compact and portable
What's not so great: No cord for external hookup included
This radio is very easy to set up and use. The sound quality is very good for a small box, and the fact that it is portable is a real plus. I have been able to use it in all the rooms of the house and also out on the deck. I don't know how long the radio will play on one battery charge, but I know it's longer than12 hours. When hooked to my living room surround sound system, the clear static free music is awesome. I am very satisfied with this purchase
Pros: looks and sounds great, easy to set up and use, compact and portable
Cons: none

What's great about it: Easy to set up
This radio is great. I finally get my AM/FM radio stations with no static. While I live close to downtown Chicago, apparently the valley I live in messes up radio signals. With this new radio pulling the stations directly off the internet, I now get all my stations with zero static and very high quality sound. Pretty cool.
I never listened to Pandora before but since it was free, I tried it. I love it too. I just bought some rechargeable batteries for it and use it in my backyard when I'm hanging out …then plug it back into my kitchen when I'm cooking and it recharges automatically.
