What's great about it: anticipates need to change lanes, live traffic
What's not so great: gps locator not always accurate
We experienced some problems getting it set up originally (it arrived with a software defect and if we had time before our trip, we would have exchanged it for a new unit). Fortunately, our tech savvy son spent several hours and reloaded software manually, but otherwise once it was working it was very helpful for our trip to the UK. Did experience some difficulties when on narrow roads adjacent to tall buildings where the GPS pinpointed our location on an adjacent road running parallel to where we were. In time, it would correct the location. The trick is to recognize when that happens and to not follow directions if it tells you to turn around. Usually it took less than a minute to regain its bearings. The live traffic there was extremely helpful and it provided visuals for road signs, anticipated lane changes, and gave good directions for handling rotaries. It's not a perfect product, but we can't imagine driving through London without a quality GPS and for our sale price under $150, it was a very good investment.

What's great about it: European Maps, Integrated Mount, Ease of use

I've been a long term TomTom user so am familiar with the interface and knew what to expect. I got this unit at a great price with the European maps and being TomTom getting the updates to the maps is easy.
Pros:

Cons:
Not enough memory to keep whole North America and Europe Maps on board at the same time. Have to pick which European area to keep on the unit, can change at and time with a computer though.
A little bulky - Not the thinnest of units, but the mount being built in is good. I got a TomTom leather case from my local BestBuy store which fitted with the mount attached.

Overall I am very pleased with this unit, the key is to add the maps in the correct order to get them updated and the right ones on the unit you need.

What's not so great: mounting mechanism
Better to get WT edition than US, due to much larger memory (4 vs 2GB). Getting latest Europe and USA map updates exceeds space (not a big deal to leave one on the computer, but they obviously need more storage, as even 4GB isn't enough).
Don't get the dumbed-down, feature limited x50 versions.

The 5" screen and lane guidance is a nice upgrade from our older 3.5 TomTom One

What's great about it: Best Navigation device so far
What's not so great: Limited memory
Pros: Map of Europe included, easy mounting on dash, Very friendly menu, traffic, map updates, safety cameras, what else do I need? I have everything. You can download for free voices in any language (yeah, ANY, I am using Russian for example)
Cons: the only and big cons: no SD slot, limited memory, if you want to upgrade BOTH USA and Europe at some point you will have no memory for that.
I would recommend this to a friend!
