What's great about it: nothing
What's not so great: unusable in any circumstance
This product does not perform even close to the stated specifications. It is unusable for business, serious background noises, echo's, we have tried new cables, and lots of testing. In each case we had to stop using the device and change back to a standard phone.
We will try and get our money back and upgarde, pay the extra money for a proven device such as a Polycom.
Selling products of such low quality for intended business use is most dissapointing.
