What's great about it: price and safety
What's not so great: no heat
I can't believe the other reviews that this heater is good. I actually have to keep it on my desk to feel any heat. The only good thing I can say is that it appears to be fairly safe, as far as no visible heating elements. Other than that, it barely gives off any warmth. I literally have to put my hands on the heater to get warm. I'm keeping it simply because I only use it sporadically and don't need to heat an entire room. If I did, I would return it. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, even at it's low price.

perfect heater for 12 by 12 room, i am totally happy with this item, small but powerful unit.

This heater did its job. It wasn't real expensive and it wasn't real cheap. Got it just before Christmas and no problems yet.
I would recommend this to a friend!
