What's great about it: Large great looking images.
What's not so great: No remote control.
I have had this digital frame for about a month (my first). It was easy to set up and it works fine. It looks great both in image quality and as a traditional looking picture frame. I like the picture size and the aspect ratio (close to that of native format). I don't understand one reviewer's comment about it lacking an on/off switch. Mine has a switch in the back. It is true that with controls in the back and with no remote control, it is a little awkward to operate. I would recommend it to friends but would not get it for my 90-year old mother.

What's great about it: Perfect size for wall hanging. Crisp clear images.
What's not so great: Awkward controls. No power button or battery reserve power.
I agree with Mickey's assessments. The controls are clunky and a bit hard to use. Also they are in the back. A senior might have some difficulty. If I buy another it will have a touch screen.
Also there is no "on/off" switch. I don't know if other models do. But because of this, you have to plug or unplug it - something senior are less likely to do. Hanging was easy, but then you have that cord dangling down the wall. Too bad there is no battery power.
I'm glad I didn't go with a smaller frame because if you want to place it on a wall, a smaller frame would only be viewed by someone standing right in front of it. With the 10 in., you can sit on the sofa or place it one coffee table where multiple people can view it. But with the control in the back of the frame, you have to take it off the wall to make any adjustments to the speed, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased two frames as gifts on sale for 99.99. I wish I would have gotten one for myself. Price is a little high but the product is Excellent!!
