What's great about it: Ton's of traing features
What's not so great: Text can be difficult to read while running.
This watched was purchased for my son who runs cross country for his school. Since using it he has not only been able to decrease his 5K times, but develope a more consistant 1 mile pace.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The font size on the screen is to small is the only thinhg i dont like.

What's great about it: The different features and performance tracking screens
What's not so great: The amount of effort to push the scroll buttons.
The only draw back is scrolling through the menu options with the up and down buttons. Sometimes I have to press the buttons hard to scroll.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
