What's great about it: should have the feature to scan documents so that you can search it for words and phrases.
What's not so great: runs through ink quickly; not consistent when it comes to scanning documents
i think i should have added a few more dollars and gotten something more reliable. printed a few times and i am already out of ink. this was not too much of an issue because i bought this product primarily to scan documents. but now i am having problems with that too. i use to be able to scan but now i can't. my sister and i took a shot at it but now i give up. probably need to get another :(. quite disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: easy to set up, OK price
What's not so great: DRINKS INK!, Very Noisy,Very temperamental...
It sucks down ink like there is NO tomorrow! I actually have had to replace 1 black ink cartridge daily and the color cartridge every 2 days of normal printing. Tech help was not helpful in the 3 times I contacted them for help in trouble shooting ways to get longer life from them. It is also becoming harder to find places who carry this printer cartridge. I bought mine new, not refurbished. I may have a lemon, but BEWARE the VAMPIRE PRINTER!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
