What's great about it: User friendly
What's not so great: The price was a bit too high.
I have used Microsoft Office for many years now, and was very happy to find it available for my new iMac. Easy to use and could not have a computer without it.

Great program, I'm new to Mac and I'm still trying to get used to it but the Windows Office is just like the one on my PC so it was easy using it since I'm familiar with it.

What's great about it: easy to set up and to use
I needed office for mac because what is a computer with out a version of office on it. I have to admit I do not use it every day but when I need it. it is there.

What's great about it: Universal usage in schools, businesses and government.
Most all schools, businesses and government agencies use the Microsoft Suite for their business operations. Consistency in software from business to home makes computer usage much more simple and less frustrating.

What's not so great: Have to get used to the mac
Microsoft office home and student is a must if you're a student. I guarantee you it will come in handy. Not sure about small buisnesses though, but I'm pretty sure it will be handy as well. My wife uses it all the time to her college papers.

What's great about it: Excellent docs and spreadsheet for the serious home user
What's not so great: Not back compatible with early versions
This package covers everything I need for this category of software applications. Would be nice to turn off the ribbon, but the tools I routinely use are scattered between the ribbon and the menu bar. Still an excellent application package. Very happy with the utility and value of my purchase.

What's great about it: I recommend 3 for one on the use of the word so you can use it on more computers

It is a great stuff since I have the old version of Microsoft Office for MAC 2004. I enjoyed working with Words and PowerPoint for school projects. I learned PowerPoint within two days and now I know how to use it.

Benn a PC geek my whole life and recently bought a IMAC. Love it....... Everything just works. Microsoft Office works better on mac than it does on windows.

Installation was a problem with contacting Microsoft for the down load codes. Once we got them, it went smoother to install and works well.

What's great about it: Works well with PC versions of Office
As a new Mac owner that needs to be able to use Office at work, this program is very useful. It is as good, if not better, than the PC version. I have had no issues yet in creating files on my Mac then opening and using them on a PC. Runs quickly and smoothly on my MacBook Pro with i5 processor.

What's not so great: a lot of ways to be creative...
i only bought this because it didn't come installed in a newly bought macbook pro. since i was buying the macbook pro, best buy gave me a discount of 100 bucks off. this product is awesome. it takes a while to get use to because there are sooo many ways to be creative with excel and word. i haven't use powerpoint yet because i haven't need it. great product!
