This dryer is extremely quiet and performs very well. My clothes are not wrinkled and I like the air dry feature for my sweaters and delicates that cannot have heat. I also like that the lint trap is inside the dryer and not on top like my old dryer. This is a very good dryer!

What's great about it: quiet and efficient
What's not so great: dunno yet
We have had this washer for 2 months. Seems to work fine, and is very quiet. We have a laundry closet in the kitchen, so we needed a quiet model. This one is that plus it is efficient and fairly quick.
I would recommend this to a friend!
