What's great about it: image quality, IR, Very quiet when moving around 360*, Tech support!!
What's not so great: None so far!!
Let me start off by saying that the technical support for this company is AMAZING. No automated systems transferring me all over the world- I called them, gave them my serial number and that was it. Once they knew what kind of camera I had they asked me to go to there website and give them permission to log into my computer. I did that (took 5 minutes) and they set up my entire system so I can log in to my IP address/Or a website they set up for me and view my camera from anywhere in the world. I downloaded the Lorex app for my Iphone and I can log in to my camera and literally move the camera 360* for real time video!! Total set up process from delivery to viewing the camera on my Iphone- Maybe 1 hour!!
As for the camera:
It is about 12 FPS which means its not real fast live real stream video (its more like images moving) but its still very realistic and unbeatable for the price. The nightvision is amazing ( I can see easily 30-40' without a problem in extremely low lighting conditions)
I can see faces very clear with no problems whatsover. I can also hear what people are saying (who are relatively close to the camera) when viewing from another computer!
Wireless range is also impeccable!
Overall I would rate this amazing for the price!! I will definetaly get another one of these!

I should probably also add in that unlike several other companies the fees involved in setting up everything I did are ZERO!! The only money I spent was on the camera.
I would recommend this to a friend!
