What's great about it: they're points
What's not so great: the wait
Some had fast processing some had slow. I had bad processing. I didn't recieve my code until 11 hours after I placed my order. I had some rewards points to redeem which is the only reason I got points this way. Usually i just get my points right thru the xbox which gives you points instantly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: can be fast
What's not so great: can be slow
I think it's good in the digital world we live in to be able to do this. That said it absolutely needs improvement, before more people are gonna really like it. I would say if you really want microsoft points and can't or don't want to go to a store, then you can get them this way however, the speeds at which it says you can receive the emails is more wishful thinking for now. Sometimes it can be that quick or quicker but don't count on it and you won't be upset or frustrated.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: very fast
What's not so great: a little expensive, but same price as xbox live
This was very easy and quick. I did not have to go anywhere and I could just sit home. It took about 5 min. to get the code.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm guessing that best buy listened to the issues the other reviewers were having because I have now bought this twice and have gotten the code in under ten minutes. Easy to do and I can cash in some of the store credit I had laying around for xbl points

I should have read the other reviews. I could have just went to the store and got one, but now I'm sitting here over 2 hours later, the stores are all closed, and there is still no code to play the game I was hoping to play tonight.
I'm sure the code will work fine when/if I get it, but I would recommend looking into other alternatives if you want the code instantly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Faster than driving to the store
What's not so great: 15 minute wait for something that should be available instantly
I've had trouble with getting these in the past. Either the order wouldn't go through or the waiting time would be ridiculous. They've seemed to have worked these issues out now and have the code delivered in 15 minutes or less consistently. This only gets four stars because there are other sites out there that will provide the code instantly after purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Its MSP. Xbox is great
What's not so great: Poor CS from Best Buy
When you order this item it says it will take 15 minutes to deliver....5 hours later still no MSP. quicker to go to the store.
