What's great about it: Lots of storage, durable, comfortable
What's not so great: No tripod or monopod spot or straps.
For reference, this bag is currently holding my Nikon DSLR, 18-55mm kit lens, 55-200mm zoom lens, Nikon SB800 strobe, shutter release remote, extra memory cards, extra AA batteries, strobe filters, lens filter, camera charging and transfer cables. It could hold much more, including the 15.4" laptop. The dividers in the camera compartment are movable and the easy access opening is great for day tours or spontaneous shots. The straps are very comfortable and there are body straps as well for more security.
The only downside in my opinion is that there is nowhere for a tripod or monopod. If the bag had some straps or other attachments to accommodate this it would be perfect in my eyes. If you want that though you have to go up to the DSLR Video Fastpack 350 AW or Pro Runner 350 AW.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Good look
What's not so great: Weight and dimension
Its looking good, but the overall weight is more than what I expect. They would have designed for 13" laptop and DSLR camera

What's great about it: Low cost, great camera compartment, ability to carry ipad/laptop
What's not so great: Lack of built in rain cover
I have owned numerous camera bags since becoming a photographer at age 12, but this is the best of all. Despite its inexpensive cost, this bag is a perfect travel bag. I purchased this Lowepro after owning two others, the Compudaypack and the 200. The Compudaypack is a good bag, but the camera compartment just isn't big enough and the camera compartment is not very convenient at the bottom of the bag. The 200 is a great bag, but is not big enough to hold either a laptop or ipad. I highly recommend the 250 without reservation. The 250 would be nearly perfect if it had a rain cover like the 200.
I would recommend this to a friend!
