What's great about it: Sound quality, Freedom from tangling wires,Works without batteries when plugged in

These are excellent headphones. I anticipated not so good audio quality with bluetooth but the sound quality is amazing. I returned my week old Bose QC15s back to where they came from( Folks at Bose Store gave me the "You don't like the headphones from heaven?" expression, but needless to say, I did not care. To me Bose QC15s are a lot of hype and not enough sound quality.Noise cancelling works though!). I walk all over the house with these on without the sound fading . If you have not made the decision already, now you can.

Bluetooth, SRS technology, ability to move around the Airplane even into the JOHN and still listen to your music is great!

What's great about it: Excellent quality when plugged in
What's not so great: Average quality with bluetooth
The sound from bluetooth was average. The quality was ok and the volume was low. Overall the bluetooth experience was't horrible. Once I connected the headphones directly into a headphone amp with the supplied audio cable, the sound was much better and much louder. Without an headphone amp, these aren't very loud. Using the audio cable with an iPod supplies clarity but low volume.
These headphones are extremely flexible. They can provide you with good mobile service and an outstanding home listening experience with an external headphone amp.

What's great about it: Great sound and comfortable
What's not so great: Wish it has digital audio and true surround sound
I haven't bought the headphone yet. I do own the RS130. I also own the Panasonic 5000 which was discontinued a few years ago. The Panasonic is great except it used infared which is a problem if someone walk between the transmitter and you. The Panasonic has analog as well as digital audio which gives true 5.1 surround sound.
I am waiting for Seinheiser to add digital input tp their headphones.
Simulated surround sound is not the same as true surround sound.
One thing for sure with Seinheiser is the fact that the headphone is very comfortable.
A lot of people complained about the controls. From an engineering standpoint it is difficult to place the control in such a small space.
