What's great about it: color and how well it washws my clothes
What's not so great: colr and how well my clothes get dry
but i must say it was truly dufficult in th e beginning getting it delivered to my home properly the saleperson that calls the day ahead of time to cinfirm delivery was horrible and very unproffessional. she atated delivery was on its waty thenwhich startedat 10 am andby 3 pm was a circus show. I called back because my whole saturday was ruinedand wated waiting for a delivery that neveer took place. Then she stated they were 5 minutes away then calls i call back 15 minutes later which by now is 3:45 pm because they had not yet arrived for her to tell me I am so sorrythe item isnot in stock (yes0 whole saturday gone I was furious ans I received was an apology! there has to be a better system for deliveries or you will lose lots of devoted customers:(
This product is or has... Big enough capacity for a comforter, Stability, so it doesn't vibrate my house, All the cycles I need, Great at getting wrinkles out
About me... Looking for energy savings, Budget Conscious, Always get the deal

Very quite machine compared to older drum model. Like the feature set and easy to manupulate.
