What's great about it: Size, Durability, Speed, and Design
What's not so great: Wiggles a little in the port, not too bad though
This is a great flash drive. Especially for the price! I bought three of these for school, and they have been awesome. The software that comes preloaded on them is pretty cool, and I use it all the time. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an affordable, and functional USB drive. The swivel design is also neat, and I like how if you hold onto the part that turns, it doesn't just swing around itself. It is very durable, has survived many falls because I am a clumsy person, and still performs at high speed and quality.

What's great about it: I like the swing around protective cap.
What's not so great: Requires a powered USB port.
I have an older Mac ... a dual G4/1.25 GHz tower running Leopard, and I use the 1.1 USB ports built into my keyboard for my flash drives - all except this one. This one gives me a message saying that it requires a powered USB port. So, for this flash drive only, I rigged up a cable for connecting it to my old Mac's extra USB port in the back, and that works, but it's a bit of a pain. What fascinated me was when I talked with tech support at Kingston about this, they were clueless ... literally clueless. Blew me away. It's probably an excellent drive, and seems to work fine with USB 2.0 ports. It's just in my case, it's proved to be a bit of a "problem child." As for capacity, I didn't know how to answer that. I haven't taken it to the limit yet, or am I apt to do so anytime in the near future. I have a Dell 10v netbook that I converted to a Mac and use my flash drives with that, too. It has three USB 2.0 ports. Really nice machine ... so far. I have to use a flash drive to install or re-install the OS if and when.

What's great about it: Everything. Speed, Capacity, Slide USB Port, Weight, thickness
What's not so great: Nothing, everything is perfect.
This is very good for its price. It transfers files very quick. I transferred 3gb of music in 4 and a half minutes. Very efficient. If you are just going around looking for flashdrives. Whatever you do do not get a Sandisk. They are the slowest most expensive flashdrives. This is a very good product.

What's great about it: Size,Software,UserFriendly,Sturdy
What's not so great: Capacity is not 8GB
Overall Review:
As a Computer Diety I know a variety of different uses for this flashdrive. It could be used for anything from Portable Applications to File System.
Pros:
Sise-Very Compact
Build-Very Sturdy When in USB port, my last one wiggled and broke when I kneeded it.
UrDrive Software-Very User Friendly Readily Integrates with portable applications
5 Yr Warranty- Not many offer this Im glad Kingston does though
Cons-
Swivel does not work due to the fact that I have attached it to a keychain
Advertised as 8GB Capacity- Though this doesnt bother me as I have a 1 TB seagate External USB Drive it really is 7.2GB due to a hidden partitition that even the Disk Partition Tool Cannot Recognise

What's great about it: Price, Lots of space, Convenient Size, Durable
What's not so great: Speed
This device will work perfectly for anyone that needs a USB thumbdrive with a large amount of space but isn't willing to drop alot of cash. With the 8gb iteration going for under $20, what better could there be? The drive easily fits on a key ring (about the length of my house key) and will always get the job done. It seems to be of solid construction and also includes an indicator light for when it is reading/writing data. I use it all the time for many tasks that are much easier with this much space. I would recommend it to anyone and hopefully it continues to last. However, my only concern is the speed at which it moves files. It is an acceptable speed (have not tracked the exact speed) but it is certainly slower than my external usb hard drives. This doesn't break the deal for me but be aware if you are looking for something ultra-quick.

What's great about it: small size, read/write speed, pivoting cover
What's not so great: no complaints.....
I purchased 2 of this style....a 16GB for shuffling files between PC's at home, and this 8GB to take with me when I'm away from home.
Just like the 16GB version, it does what I need and with reasonable read/write speed. It's small so it's easy to carry and the pivoting cover means no cap to take off or misplace.
I've owned a number of Kingston USB drives and SD cards over the years and have always been pleased with their performance. I also like the color coding they use on USB drives. I can tell at a glance, what size I have.
One minor complaint (and suggestion to BestBuy).....
The delivery could have been a little quicker. The shipment (to Ohio) was fufilled from California which is a 4-5 day delivery. Most of the larger companies have multiple fufillment centers around the country to save transit time.

The product was good and was really worth its price. This was the best price available when I bought it. Shipping was exceptional and product reached me before time. In short I am pretty impressed.
