Absolutely awesome! Hope there's a fourth. The graphics are unbelievable. Amazing storyline. Really should play the first two in order to understand character relationships.

What's great about it: storyline and graphics are outstanding
What's not so great: character response on controls a little wonky at times
The thing I love about Naughty Dog, at least with this franchise, is how well written the script and how excellent the voice acting is. The gameplay is great but I could live just on watching the cut scenes alone. The dynamic between the characters is so sharp; it just makes me smile and laugh watching it. (Hope they do the movie justice) Naughty Dog makes me want to pick up the title alone just to see what trouble our friend Nate gets into next; and how he'll get out of it. Graphics, music, etc. are great. The only downside I will say on this one is controlling Nate can be a little wonky and frustrating at times, but overall it is a solid title. Definitely worth owning and replaying.

What's great about it: its uncharted, nothing more needed
What's not so great: the shortest single player campaign I have ever owned on ANY game
This game is great dont get me wrong. The graphics are awesome, lots of detail, witty character conversations etc etc. Fun to play adds to the series and worth owning.
Now the bad side, the game is a bit glitchy when jumping to ledges or from one to another, easy fix with an update.
Next why is it that they reduce games like uncharted's single player to favor online? If I wanted online Id play COD, which I do.... This game sadly took roughly 4 hours to beat. Anyone who played Uncharted 2 knows thats REALLY fast. Picking up treasures doesnt do anything other than give you PSN trophies.
Overall good but I should have waited for it to go for 30 bucks

This game was a surprise for my son for Christmas. He said it was fun and he also said the graphics were fantastic. He is still playing the game after 6-weeks.

Without a doubt, Drake's Deception is the finest in a trilogy of amazing games that showcases the horsepower of the PS3. It has the 3rd person cover based shooter aspect with the added dimension of platforming. The environments in the game are stunning and the voice acting is top notch. Not only is the gameplay well polished, the story telling makes it difficult to put the controller down. Multiplayer is fun, addictive, and provides a leveling system that will keep you coming back for more. Split-screen co-op is also an added bonus this time.

What's great about it: Amazing visuals, great game play
Drake's Deception had a lot to live up to, with Among Thieves being one of the best single player games of all time. Fortunately, for the most part, the game thoroughly delivers. The environment, ranging from a forested French chateau to the deserts of the Middle East, is visually stunning. The challenging puzzles and terrific action sequences make this game a must own for fans of the Uncharted series. Many reviewers have stated that the game cannot live up to Uncharted 2, which is partially true. The story isn't quite as good as U2 and the new characters aren't quite as fleshed out. However, the action sequences and varying environments in U3 make up for any drawbacks. In short, Drake's Deception is a fantastic game .

I bought this for my 10 year old. It is a bit violent for that age group and there is some swearing, but it is not over the top. He is at the age that the "kid" games are too "babyish" but the adult games are out of the question. I can't say I would recommend it for other children at this age as it is a very personal decision for the parent.

This is one of, if not the best videogames on the market today. I bought Uncharted 3 knowing what to expect gameplay wise but was still amazed at how the gameplay has evolved. The hand to hand combat in this game is a blast. Very realistic and entertaining. The story is interesting and takes you to many different places and scenery. The graphics are second to none in the video game world. The characters each have very different personalities and the dialog in this game will have you laughing throughout. You can play this game and be stealthy and sneaky for a majority of the time or you can go balls out and gun down your enemies. Its your choice. Either way you will have a blast playing this game. I played the story 3 times in a row and still didnt get bored.

What's great about it: Fun game with great action and a good storyline.
What's not so great: Enemy AI is a little too accurate most of the time, epecially when you can't see them, but they can see you.
The Uncharted series gets better with each game and Uncharted 3 proves that to be true. This game, like the other two before it are a cross between Indiana Jones and Tomb Raider meaning a mixture of fast pace action with puzzle to challenge the mind. With a great storyline, this game even tells the origins of Nathan Drake. Great graphics and sound make this a very beautiful game both visually as well as audibly.
On another note, the enemy AI seems to be able to have better accuracy in this game. So be prepared to die a few times and get frustrated a few times at certain points in the game. During a sandstorm battle, the enemies seem to know exactly where you are at, even when you don't or can't see them. Other than that it is a great game that deserves 5 out of 5.

A friend reccomended the Uncharted series a while ago and when they announced this game, I was very excited. When I saw that they were having it on sale during Black Friday, I knew I had to get it. I was amazed by the graphics and the storyline. I do think it's a little shorter than the others. Other than that, can't complain. I will be playing this many times.

What's not so great: I don't know how they'll improve on this one for a fourth game.
Technologically, this game is a masterpiece - It's a great way to show off what your PS3 can do. I was constantly amazed at what they were able to achieve with this game, and I plan to play through it a second time just to experience it all again.
The gameplay is largely the same as the previous two games, with some tweaks and improvements made here and there.
I don't know if I enjoyed the story as much as I did with the first two games (especially the second), but the writing is still far better than most other games.
Overall, it's a fantastic game though, and I have very few complaints. I played through it on Hard, which I'd recommend if you've already played the previous two games. Apart from a few tricky areas, I thought that the difficulty was a pretty fair challenge.

Good story, occasionally challenging gameplay and puzzles and decent graphics hold this one back from surpassing the genius of Uncharted 2. I didnt feel like it was a step up but a step laterally from U2. The game doesnt let you get lost or do anything to get you unnecessarily killed, which somewhat defeats the purpose of a game. After I beat it I havent picked it back up, just dont have the urge to play it again. Buy it used and save some $.

As with the previous Uncharted games this is another fantastic story filled with amazing scenery, clever script, and challenging bad guys. As someone who plays this game for the story more than to shoot the bad guys, I typically play on easier difficulties. Even on normal this game was pretty challenging.
Every level is so excellently detailed and stunning, this game is a marvel to look at. The story line is wild and intense, and develops our characters even further. I can't wait for the next game!
Multiplayer is so-so, but I don't buy Uncharted games to play online. I can see why some people would like it and I can see where some wouldn't enjoy it very much. (Like me)

If you own a PS3, do yourself a favor and buy this game! But, you might want to play the first 2 games too. Just a suggestion. (You really do want to play the first 2 games first.) :)

What's great about it: Almost like watching a movie
What's not so great: Only 720p.
It's a very enjoyable game to play. With the cut scenes in-between gameplay, it almost feels like your watching a true action movie. I enjoyed playing Uncharted 2 so much that I had to get Uncharted 3. One of the VERY few reason that I still play my PS3. If you like 3rd person action games, you have to try it!!!
