It always hits hard and I can't find anything wrong with it! I have it running off of a jvc 800 watt amp and its perfect!!

I've had this sub for about two weeks now, and I've had it running off of a DX500.1 amp. 500 watts RMS is probably perfect for most people and the sub can definitely handle more power if needed. Great with higher frequency bass, but the low bass obviously suffers because of the smaller box size. If someones trying to run a competition system then an L7 is what that's for, this is simply to impress your friends, not set off car alarms.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Compact yet powerful.
What's not so great: Haven't found anything yet.
I'm a car audio specialist and a MECP certified installer. I've been working with subs practically everyday.
This sub is great. It hits for such a low power rating. 400 watts isn't alot for RMS but the fact that you can add more is awesome.
The look will also surprise most people. It looks awesome. The port is huge on this. It really moves air.
I reccomend it to someone with a smaller vehicle. I'd like to have 2 of them in my larger vehicle.
I would recommend this to a friend!
