What's great about it: Modern looking, Green Power, Protects my equipment.
What's not so great: nothing
Let me start by saying I am a Best Buy Mobile employee former Best Buy Home Theater employee. I bought this a while back when I started with Best Buy. I was being trained by one of my co-workers and he was giving me product knowledge. We started talking about surge protectors and how important they are for anyone who takes pride into their home theater station. I told him I have a power strip and I thought that was good enough. He laughed and said "Maybe for cheap equipment." So that day I purchased one because my equipment is not "cheap". When I connected my TV, Pioneer receiver, Xbox 360, PlayStation/Blu-Ray player, and DirecTV satalite box to this power conditioner I immediately felt safe about my equipment. Every time I turn off my TV my entire home theater station turns off. Which of course you can turn that feature off. I noticed while I will be watching a movie or playing a game, the volts stay at 120v. So therefore my equipment isn't getting a whole bunch of unwanted electricity. Because the more electricity beating on your equipment the shorter your product will last. I've also noticed that during a power outage the power conditioner will turn off all of my equipment before the power goes off in my house. It's like it knew it was going to happen. All in all.. awesome product.

What's great about it: Easy set up and not complicated to understand.
What's not so great: Absolutely nothing.
I bought item for my tv, Xbox, receiver, blue ray, and my sub. I have problems running whole set up with out fluttering in my hd tv and the breakers flipping from sub. As soon as I bought this it all my problems went away. I love how when I turn tv turns on everything else turns on and when I turn my tv off everything else turns off. Great buy hands down.

What's great about it: It saves the products
What's not so great: Not sure enough about this product
I assume its a good product, it keeps the wiring easily manageable and protects the power surge so overall very nice looking. Expensive though...

What's great about it: Slim Design, Power Indicator Display, USB Ports, Many Outlets
What's not so great: Size (Length Wise but it isn't to terrible), Only 2 "Always On Outlets"
I've had this RocketFish Surge unit for quite some time now and it has kept my expensive Home Theater equipment safe. The slim-design allows it to sit in tight space areas similar to a DVD player thus getting rid of the "Rat's Nest" look that other surge protectors will create by nesting a bunch of cords in a general area typically on the floor thus creating the "Rat's Nest". The way the unit is designed allows you to keep a neat presentation in your Home Theater area having plenty of slots in the surge protector itself while only outputting one AC cable to your wall outlet. Also liking the energy saving mechanics the unit also offers with the Master/Slave Outlets. Having 2 USB ports in the front also comes in handy to ensure your also getting a clean power charge to your portable items such as iPods, Cell Phones, Cameras, and other portables capable of charging via USB. Great features that other high-end surge protectors offer without spending extra money to get it

What's great about it: Front 2 X USB
What's not so great: None
I just got this ROCKETFISH RF-HTS120 from Best buy but be aware of pricing, Amazon has it for half the price :-(
It keeps a constant 120 volts 99% I did see 119v and 121v but most of the time it keep it at 120v.
Also I do like the fact that this unit has 2 USB in front of the unit for Mobil devices recharge and the cool thing is that in the back it has a ENERGY SAVING switch on/off.
I will give this unit a 5***** it was easy to install and was a plug and play.

When I would use my microwave, the electronics plugged into it would all turn on and then off repeatedly, until the microwave was finished.

What's great about it: It has 8 outlets
What's not so great: Only 2 outlets are always on
I like all but one thing for this item: there are too many outlets tied to the master control outlet (if the master is shut off, then the power to those outlets "tied" to the master outlet is completely shut off as well [power conservation function]). In other words, there are only two always on outlets.

What's great about it: Easy set up and less expensive than the bigger name brand
Went to the store looking for a new surge protector for my entertainment equipment. Sales associate informed me of using a power manager instead and began to fill me in on the details and benefits of using one. Only had it home for a short time, but so far so good. It was easy to set up.

At first, I thought this would be a great alternative to getting another battery backup in order to provide clean power to my entertainment system. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
Things worked well enough when I just had my Roku or DVR powered on with my TV and low powered sound system, but as soon as I turned my PlayStation 3 on, it began to emit a high-frequency sound that drove me crazy. I tried hooking this up to my desktop computer and monitor, too, to the same effect. It seems that my unit was unable to handle the power load, so it had to go back.

I really like the LED display. Shows how much power is being used. The unit as a whole is a very good product.

What's not so great: poor service, failed
I brought the surge protector home and set it up. It looks pretty good and seems to be working.
A couple months later I got a surge and everything connected to this unit was destroyed. However it still showed that it was in protected mode. I knew is wasn't working so I called Rocket Fish. They couldn't tell me what I needed to do for the insurance policy. I called every other day for a week and they couldn't provide me any other information when I called. Suddenly when I asked for a supervisor they told me another company that would handle my claim.
It took me several tries to get a hold of somebody at that company (cyberpowersystems.)
It took them a week to send me the paperwork I needed. I sent back the unit and the paperwork. The told me the PCB board and all the outlets are destroyed. However they lost my paperwork. I faxed them my paperwork. Now they want me to send all my equipment to them.
I sent the unit back almost a month ago now and I have been working on this for 40 days. The worst part is I am only asking for a tiny part of the policy (less the $2000 on a $350,000) and they are going to pro rate that too.
Not the protection I was expecting, customer service is terrible.
