What's great about it: All the Visual features for fine tuning your set-up.
What's not so great: None .....
Installed an Epson 3010 projector. Used this (Blu-Ray version) to calibrate it. The examples provided fully explained why my DVD's looked a bit blurry, vs. the full clarity of the Blu-Ray discs using this projector. It fully explains (with visual examples) the differences between 480p/720p/1080p (as well as Interlaced) and the visual results you will get with each. It even allows you to "test" 3D mode, if your projector supports it (this one does). Although it may take time to go through all the features, it is well worth it and time quite well spent. Also great for showing off the abilities of your new Home Theatre.

What's great about it: Technically easy to follow
What's not so great: Takes some time to implement
As indicated, it provides standards to set HD TV. Relatively easy to use, but does take some time. Don't rush, and use all of the components including the sound.

What's great about it: Easy to use, simple and straightforward. Excellent for users of all levels. Inclusion of color filter
What's not so great: I felt navigating thru advanced menus could be a little cumbersome sometimes going back and forth
I moved to this calibration disc from the DVE and Aria DVDs, both which helped calibrate my previous LCD sets years ago, but I wanted to move to something with new content and looked for something on blu-ray to see if source material found would help to distinguish images better seen on the display (DVD images i felt can be limited compared to what can be displayed from a blu). Anyway, the WOW disc was recommended to me to try so gave it a shot. One flaw that some of the good calibration discs can have is that they overload some of the more novice users with bundles of advanced test patterns (some with little explanation on proper usage of the pattern, just "here, this is for brightness,") and sometimes very, very DRY explanation and background. Disney did a good job of keeping novice users educated, especially with the whole use of Goofy for narrator, and doesn't bore you into submission.
The disc does a superb job of walking you through everything you need to do. IT does a good job of explaining everything and even tells users that "hey, you might have to come back to this section and tinker some more when you do something else" I also enjoyed they included a color filter to aid in calibration and was MUCH simpler than Aria's version with the RBG filters. I have let 3 other friends use this disc to calibrate their sets and they all agreed that they saw a LARGE difference in what they had prior. So thus far, this disc has calibrated 6 sets and all have enjoyed the results from it. If you're interested in saving money or wanted to delve into self-calibration this is definitely a good starting point.

What's great about it: It works
What's not so great: Nothing really
I thought, after a year, that my Sony LCD have been tweaked as well as it could be, after using DVE referenced against recommended calibrations obtained online from a variety of sources. But, Disney is Disney, and I used a stocking stuffer option from my wife to get the WOW disc for Christmas. In about an hour and a half, with the much easier patterns on the WOW disc, and the very clear explanations of what I should be looking for in the patterns, I made adjustments that noticeably improved picture quality and made me realize that I have been looking at below grade video the entire year.
I'm particularly impressed by the color and tint pattern (both settings are adjusted through the same pattern). The disc explained both what a well-adjusted pattern should look like and what incorrect adjustments would look like, making it much easier to achieve the correct result.
Navigation through the disc is much easier than on DVE, with the result that I was willing to go back and forth between patterns as necessary in order to change settings which interacted.
The introductory part of the disc, narrated by Goofy, is easy to pass over, and the third section, Visions, while beautiful, is bonus footage not necessary to the calibration functions. But, again, Disney is Disney.
Last words. It works. And I didn't really expect it to. it's well worth the price.

What's great about it: very extensive tools to make your set-up look the best, chanegs based on your display type and speaker set-up
What's not so great: Not for everyone, takes a long time, not "easy"
I have the Monster ISF Calibration DVD and have used it in the past. WHile that helped the picture it was not on BluRay and did not provide advanced tools. This disc gives you everything you would expect from Disney in terms of quality. It takes you though the education and basic and advanced levels of calibration. It took me 4 hours to work through the entire disc and I am impressed. My set looks much better then before (even considering I had used the Monster ISF Calibration DVD before). The test patterns are very advanced and do a great job. However aside from a Goofy intro video and some Disney clips to "test" your changes it was very direct and bland. I expected Disney to jazz it up some more but then maybe it would not be taken as a "real" calibration disc. It also includes a good manual and blue filter to help set-up your set. One of the best features is the ability to select your display type to affect the tests and calibration patterns. It is good to know they looked at each type (LED, LCD, Plasma, Projection) apart from one another. They also included a Disney Visions BluRay disc which provides nice nature scenes.
Overall I would recommended picking up this disc and really see your TV look like it should. This is a good alternative from the Geek Squad ISF calibration.
