I'd never owned a Kenwood before but everyone highly recommended it. Unfortunately i've had erratic behavior, especially during cold weather and when using the USB port. The blue tooth picks up road noise sometimes. Also, the presets are a pain to flip between. Surely there was a better interface with the presets on the radio. The display is nice and the sound is good. I love being able to use my iPhone music.

What's great about it: good price and features easy to use
has all the features i needed, bluetooth and ipod connections. need to get use to how the presets are on it and remote use. bluetooth works great,phone pairing is fairly easy, you can place the mic anywhere so your not talking into the radio, ipod connection is quick and easy

What's great about it: Price for all the features in one product

This stereo has nice sound, and the blue tooth for hands free cell communications is what I was looking for in a stereo to replace the one I had in my SUV. The Sirius Satellite was the another feature I wanted. The final kicker was the iPod/MP3 connection via USB or 3.5mm plug in the front face of the unit. The Alpline system only offered Sirius and Pandora along with Parrot blue tooth. This would not work for my cell phone hands free requirements. Price was right, and the install was simple.

What's great about it: Really great price and Best Buy did a great installation
I Love this radio, I have a Mini Cooper that came with the stock stereo, terrible sound. So I looked at alot of stereos hoping to get the very best sound and boy did I get it. Love, Love the bluetooth, works with my sirius radio, and iphone. And if even changes colors to match your dash. Get it and I think you will be happy.

This stereo head unit is awesome! I read several reviews on this and other like stereos. I must say for the features and price, its a great deal. You are able to pick various color options, the bluetooth has a external mic, there are too many cool features to list! I noticed that in some of the reviews people were having trouble with settings. The unit comes with a quick start guide with limited info. Never fear, with a quick visit to Kenwoods website you can easily look up the model number and can view, print or download the complete instruction manual. Lovin this receiver time to crank the tunes and cruise!!!

What's great about it: It recharges my iPhone4 while playing, 3 lines of text can be selected for the display
What's not so great: Features don't work well in cold weather (below 20 degrees),
I've now had 2 of these installed by Best Buy. Both receivers display erratic behavior, mostly when it's cold outside. Best Buy tells me that electronics have to 'warm up' yet my old factory radio never had any issues in the cold. I cannot determine if the receiver is the problem or the installation. However, at this point I would not recommend this to anyone. Best Buy has stood by their work as they replaced the first receiver however, it's still a huge inconvenience to periodically have to have my car in their bay. When it's working #if you live in a warmer climate# the features are decent though, as someone mentioned, the manual gives only the basics and is not very good for figuring out the settings. You can control an iPod by the receiver controls #not very convenient# or by the iPod controls #but when in this mode you don't see the song info displayed on the radio. I was very excited to get this product but now I'm just disappointed and angry that it is not a reliable product.

Got this deck for my birthday and installed it myself. Works great, the manual is vague on some pieces, but easy to use. Looks awesome, the ability to change colors on any part of the deck, your able to change the screen color to be different from the usb and aux plugs, and able to change the keys to be different from those and you have a great color selection also.
Bluetooth took me 5 minutes to set up and start making calls. Downloads your phonebook right to the deck so you can scroll through and call anyone without touching your cellphone. Sound quality is great also.
USB connectivity is awesome also, scroll through the music through the deck also, super easy interface to use for it also.
I would recommend this to a friend!

First off the fact that this is a Kenwood already warrants it 5 stars. Bluetooth works and sounds great and CD/USB/AUX audio quality is amazing especially if your going from factory to this like I did. Illuminated color selection is a nice addition and it's actually very easy to use. I figured out how to use most everything in just one short sitting parked in my driveway. Kenwood makes a great product that is simple, easy to use, sleek, and has most every feature you could want. It also show the artist, album title, and song of mp3 cd's, store bought cd's and even radio..
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Bluetooth, does a lot
What's not so great: Only blue screen color, iPod control
I really like my kenwood. It does everything, the only thing is I wish you could do is change the screen color. Blue is difficult to read with sun glare. The manual is not very in depth on how to operate. The other thing is the iPod control through the deck takes a long time to go through, should be able to use iPod to change songs. The Bluetooth is cool, love hands free talking and now I miss less calls in the car. Overall I'd buy this deck again.

I bought this receiver mainly for the bluetooth, much better than the model just below this one due to the external mic. The sound options are great, tweaking the sound is easy. You can also change the appearance of the lights on the front which is a big plus! I'll be keeping this one for awhile. Love it!

This deck by far is the best it offers more than the alpines cde the light change is Cool and is just an overall great system I couldn't ask for anything better packs a lot of sound mite take some time to figure out but worth it best for the price

wanted bluetooth and usb connection. great radio for price. bluetooth sound quality excelent. can connect several diffferent phones. had to play around with it to figure out functions because directions give only the basics.

Love this stereo, blue tooth is a dream don't even have to take
my cell out of my purse......all mp3 seem to work if you have
usb connection installed in 1991 Subaru Legacy sounds like
surround sound couldn't be more pleased!
