What's great about it: capabilities
What's not so great: I never thought I'd pay $60+ for a toaster
It's not cheap either in price or quality. If you want a good product that actually performs as advertised this is worth the money. It does the full range of toasting from bread thru bagels and does them well. We've purchased less expensive toasters and you get what you pay for.
I would recommend this to a friend!
