What's great about it: Good price, easy to set up and use.
What's not so great: No lens cover
Like the camera so far. Have not had any problems using it and it was very easy to set up. Would like to have a lens cover to put on when not in use to prevent dust / dirt buildup on camera.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Easy to connect and install.
What's not so great: Audio in Linux doesn't work...yet.
Just plug and play. I didn't even get the CD-ROM out of the wrapper. I connected to my laptop running Windows7 Pro, and I connected to a desktop running WindowsXP and it works great on both. I connected to a Ubuntu box and the video works, but I can't get the audio to work. Image quality is great and has a great response time in the videos.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Best Buy's return policy.
What's not so great: Lack of support.
USB 3.0 is fully backwards compatible with USB 2.0 yet this cam didn't work. What's worse, tech support was abysmal. The saving grace was Best Buy's fantastic return policy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Price, easy setup, gorgeous picture & sound
What's not so great: NOTHING!
I was a little skeptical when I purchased this brand ... I thought "Will this work just as well as my Logitech webcam I had?" Overall IT'S EVEN BETTER! The picture quality is crystal clear.... I originally purchased for my my daughter to Skype with my mother who is staying on the mainlaind for a couple months with my sister... She could hear me perfectly and my picture was a lot sharper than my mothers. LoL! It has dual mics which is awesome ... All and all it's a must buy in my opinion!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It sits perfectly on top of my screen. I really like that you can hit one button and the software opens right up. Easy install.
