What's great about it: unsure
What's not so great: will not connect to iPad
Let me start by saying I have owned several HP computers and printers. This printer was advertised as Bluetooth printer but I learned after purchase that it is not compatible with iPad; packaging was misleading, Best Buy employees unaware that it was not compatible with iPad. HP rep that was in BestBuy was not helpful at all, could have cared less. The BestBuy employee that worked in the cellular phone area was more knowledgeable and helpful than the HP rep. It looked like a sturdy printer and thought it would work great for mobile printing with iPad, had a battery backup etc.. The purpose of having the iPad is the mobility and I paid more for a printer than I wanted because of the Bluetooth capability. I puirchased the printer but did not open the box for 2 weeks. Luckily, I was able to return the printer for a refund....but what if the 30 day return period had passed? There are plenty of Wi-Fi printers available but no Bluetooth for iPad. Very disappointed that I spent this amount of money and cannot have a true mobile printer.

What's great about it: portability

I use this printer in libraries when doing research. It makes just enough noise to bring attention, but it's not unreasonable. Output is very good. It's a little too thick to fit easily in a rolling briefcase, so I bought the largest briefcase available and it's still a tight fit with my laptop and a few files. You also have to bring the paper. With the addition of printer and laptop cables, it just fits in the overhead bid on the airplane.

What's not so great: I haven't found any shortcomings yet.
I'm impressed with this little portable printer. It's quick and produces quality prints. I got it mainly for road trips. Love the battery and the Blue Tooth.

What's great about it: Easy to set-up and easy to use.
What's not so great: None yet, let's hope it stays that way.
I use this printer in the field to produce qoutes, invoices and receipts for customers. Purchased a Rocketfish™ - Micro Bluetooth USB Adapter for my HP G72 laptop and have been able to print all documents wireless bluetooth with no problem. In addition I downloaded PrinterShare, android app, to my Moto Droid X2 and now I am able to print wireless directly from my smart phone. I have been using the priner for one month.

What's great about it: mobile
The mac setup was an issue. They said plug the usb. I had none in the box to do so? Im working off bluetooth signal instead of wireless. I'd like to resolve the issue. The product itself is well developed. A printer on the go. The connectivity to my macbook pro on trying to do a wireless set up ill have to give it three 1/2 stars. So I'm not directly putting down the product.

My previous printer was a mobile deskjet and it still works rather well, but I wanted a new one. This one is awesome, and was very easy to set up.

What's great about it: Portability, ability to pair to multiple devices ... It rocks !
What's not so great: Nothing - aside from Best Buy failing to install it after paying for that service.
If you need a printer for on the go then this is it. The battery power has not failed me, and the print quality is pretty darn good.
It's certainly not the fastest printer on the market - think bubblejet speed - but that should not deter purchase, considering that all you need to do is load paper and you are ready to print!
The juggling from transportation has not had any adverse effects, and there is no sign of any failure of any parts or hinges. The cartridge life seems about average for a standard deskjet printer.
I have this paired with a Motorola Xoom and the response time to send an Excel document to the printer and begin printing was a complete surprise. It is also paired with my HTC Thunderbolt and prints photos at a surprising quality, as well as printing e-mail and pdf attachments without issue.
My only complaint had nothing to do with the printer, rather paying Best Buy to install the printer onto the laptop I purchased at the same time. They forgot to do it. But installation was so painless that it did not matter. Pairing to my other portable devices was a snap as well.
Bottom line - if you need a portable printer, I would definitely recommend this over a plug-in deskjet. Or if you just want to show off to your techie friends :)
