What's great about it: Excellent Suction! Quiet!
What's not so great: long dog hair gets trapped around roller.
I bought this vacuum because my other Bissel that I received as a Christmas present 3 years ago was getting old and very very loud! I read reviews of this vacuum on the internet and it seemed to be the best, and boy was that right! It's easy to put together and use. I have 3 dogs (Siberian Husky, Black Lab and a Samoyed) and a cat. How they LOVE LOVE LOVE to shed their hair all over! This vacuum was AMAZING in picking up all the hair, my only problem (if you call it that) is that it almost worked to well. The hair would get trapped on the roller and the vacuum would start jumping up and down. (my samoyed's hair is about 6 inches long) I couldn't take more than one or two 6 ft swipes before I would have to stop and cut the hair off of the roller. If you have dogs with short hair or cats I'm sure this vacuum will be a DREAM! But with 2 long hair dogs.. not so much for me.. The dust it picks up is amazing also! I kept it because I didn't feel right returning something for working to good. I use my older and extrememly louder vacuum to get the hair up and then go over my carpet with this vacuum and its amazing how much dirt and dust my older Bissel misses. and it's fairly QUIET!!!
The house attachment is awesome! It's long and has amazing suction. It's unbelievable how great the hose attachment is, I've never had problems with the hose clogging. I use it to go around the walls and corners in my house and clean up cereal, dog food, etc that has spilled on the floor.
It really is the BEST vacuum you can get!
