What's great about it: insulation, spill proof, functionality
What's not so great: nothing yet.
i don't know how they do it but the insulation are amazing. my drink is still warm 5 hours later! completely spill proof. for that matter, i actually mix my creamer and sugar in my coffee by simply shaking the mug with the lid on. it does an amazing job and outside of mug (where you hold it) NEVER gets hot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Leak proof, good insulation, great size.
What's not so great: No problems with it.
I have this company's smaller size travel mugs/tumblers and I love them. But, I really prefer a larger cup. I was so excited to find this size. Also, for those who have some of the older models, this one has a new and improved lid. The old ones did not always close well, making them leak if you were not careful. This one has corrected that problem and closes on the first try, never leaking. My dog knocked this off my end table while chasing my cat, sending it flying across the room, and not one drop spilled! It also does a great job with insulating and is easy to clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!
