What's great about it: Value for the money. Simple to operate.
What's not so great: Hard to think of anything.
Wanted something simple for older friends that are shut in. I can get them a MP3 disc and it plays great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: mp3 playback
What's not so great: fm radio performance, antenna length
Purchased for camping.. Antenna is ten inches long so it could not pick up chanels without static. Display is digital, but AM/FM tuner is not "rotary on side", so the stations it did pick up drifted a lot because of no quartz lock on tuning. Maybe if you want it just for MP3 use it might be ok, but the radio part of it is junk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pros = Plays MP3 CDs in random order, sound is pretty good at low volumes.
Cons = Could use a couple more watts so it would sound better louder.
I would recommend this to a friend!
