Very good headphones that sound great. They come with multiple ear pieces to match your ear size. The headphones are very stylish and come in their own pouch for ease of portibility. Very good value for the money.

What's great about it: They fit my tiny (almost) kid size ears
What's not so great: Durability could be better
So I actually have 2 pairs of these headphones, the first pair I use at work while I am on an 8 hour shift, this is the pair that had one of the ear pieces come unglued after about a year and had the wires exposed. However I can usually just pop it back in place and not be too annoyed. I also have another pair (different color) that I use for working out. These are by far the best headphones I have ever used and believe me I have been through a lot, sony over the ear noise canceling (gave me migraines from having them on over an hour), sony in the ear voice canceling (popped out of my ears), too many jvc's to count, skull candy (which just hurt my ears and kept popping out). I could go on forever but I finally found the perfect headphones with these and am actually ordering another pair to replace the first pair that broke. The only reason why these have a 4 rating is because of the one pair that broke after only a year. But other than that I love these things and will probably only ever buy these headphones again.

What's great about it: good sound when they worked
What's not so great: stopped working after only 3 weeks
Purchased these for my son for Christmas; they were on sale, plus I had a gift card, so I was excited that I was able to buy him a relatively high-end pair of earbuds at an affordable price. He loved them and they sounded great. However, 3 weeks after Christmas, the left earbud stopped working. Although Best Buy has said they will refund the money, we're disappointed overall.

What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Price, poor sound quality, not durable
I have a problem with keeping earbuds in my ears while running or working out at the gym. I was told by an associate that this "double plunger" design helps to keep the ear buds in place, unfortunately, she was wrong. These earbuds fell out of my ears just as much as my Sonys did. The sound quality is poor and the durability is awful. I take very good care of my ear buds but I still lost sound to one bud within 3 months of purchase. Save yourself money and a headache and SKIP these easr buds!!!

What's great about it: Sturdy, Comfortable, Good looks
What's not so great: Poor sound quality
Some things about me. I am a recording musician and am VERY picky about what goes in my ears. So if you aren't an audiophile like me, this review might seem condescending and unhelpful...but it won't hurt to read it.
I bought these earphones a couple of months ago for school. I had a pair of cheap over-the-ear headphones (Shure SRH 240) but I needed something that was easier to carry around. I was going to buy the Klipsch Image S4 earphones (my brother has a pair and they are phenomenal) but these were on sale so I thought I could go with these and save some money.
Let's start with the positives. They are quite sturdy and are also comfortable (I am a guy but the earbuds fit nicely) but that's about it on the positives. On the other hand, the quality of sound is below average and not balanced at all. The lows take over everything, the mids are very very muddy, and the highs barely have a presence in the mix. Though I am a college student, I don't mind spending some money on some high quality audio products but these aren't worth it at all. You're better off getting $30 Sony's.
I hope this review helps!

What's great about it: Fits smaller ears w/ four sizes to choose from
What's not so great: the lack of grip on the outside of the bud
Finally! An in-the-ear bud that fits a smaller ear without pain. I really like it for that. The only downside is that the outside is more for bling and therefore has no grip to get it situated in the ear well. Sound quality is much better than I expected for the price. I got them as they said it was for smaller ears for women.

earbud came unglued
What's great about it: Sound quality, comfort
What's not so great: Durability
I bought these earbuds a few months ago. Primarily I was searching for something comfortable, inside of the ear, and with great sound quality. These earbuds certainly deliver. They look sleek, are super small and portable, and the cord is as smooth as silk - they look like a million bucks.
After a few months, one of the earbuds came unglued, which exposed the wires. Rather than hassle with customer service (since i didn't buy the protection plan) I just decided to fix the bud with a piece of scotch tape. Just today, the speaker blew out, for no reason. Im disappointed that for the money spent, the durability of the product is really lacking. I've spend $30 on skull candy buds that deliver the same performance and last LONGER.
One thing I found kinda cool about these however was that they survived a trip through the washing machine. This was long after they had come unglued, but I left them in my pocket one day, found them at the bottom of the machine and was then surprised when they still worked.
I would recommend the product, but I would strongly suggest spending another $20-$30 to spring for ultimate luxury instead of pseudo-lux buds like these.

What's great about it: Comfort
What's not so great: Sound quality is lacking
The best thing I can say about these headphones is that they are extremely comfortable. I have narrow ear canals and find it difficult to wear any earbuds for extended periods. The cord is also nice and long with a woven covering that doesn't feel like it's sticking to me when it's hot or I'm exercising. Unfortunately the sound quality is so-so and the volume output is much quieter than other sets I own. They do muffle ambient noise reasonably well but it's still frustrating in louder environments. Had I paid full retail price I would've sought a refund but, since they are so comfortable, I'm satisfied to use them for listening to podcasts and the like.

What's great about it: sound quality, value
What's not so great: eartip selection (no foam, only silicone)
Amazing sound for a light-weight, mid-range priced earbud. My only suggestion would be to include a foam tip or offer some for sale as an accessory.

What's great about it: Has the braided cored I wanted
What's not so great: Sound is really bad.
My main reason for buying these buds was for the initial view of build quality. I look for earbuds that have a braided cord rather than a plastic one. I had an old pair of Skullcandy earbuds that had the braided cord, and they were awesome. Unfortunately, I lost those earbuds and they weren't making new ones with the braided cord.
When I went to Best Buy to buy more these were the only brand that had the braided cord. I still wasn't very sure about purchasing them because I hadn't heard or read much about the audio quality of the Altec Lansing brand. One of the sales people at Best Buy came by and he said that these were the exact ones he owns and that he loved them. He said the sound was great.
When I got home and started using them I found out immediately that the salesman's experience on the sound from these earbuds was quite different than mine. I'm not an audiophile at all, but I was immediately disgusted with how bad the sound was on these. There isn't any bass at all and they are very "tinny". Too much treble maybe? Again, I'm no audiophile so I can't explain it properly other than the very tinny sound.
I kept these buds anyway because I use them for listening to audio books and other "non-music" material where the tinny sound isn't an issue. If you are going to use these for music I'd pass on them and go for another brand.

What's great about it: The earphone wire is really neat and does seem to have good durability.
What's not so great: Sound quality and price
I bought this earphones so I can try out to see whether this is worth keeping. I found out 40 minutes later after trying it out that it is not after all.
Let me tell you why. The sound quality is poor compared to my old $60 Sony earphones; I noticed that the treble is a bit too high and doesn't deliver that deep sound you would want. It's what to be expected from just looking at these tiny earphones. You can probably buy a $40 earphones to match this kind of quality. Also, there is nothing on the earphones to tell you which one is Right or Left which is really important when watching a movie or playing video games.
I can't exactly tell you how the durable the earphones are since I don't have it long enough.
I went back to Bestbuy and exchanged the Altec Lansing earphones for the Sony Stereo Earphones: MDR-EX310LP. It sounds a lot better for the same price and more comfortable too. The Sony Earphones' design is a lot better too when you take a closer look and how it feels when using it.

I would by these headphones if ypu want a pair of quality headphones for less than $50. I am a man by the way. I have beats by dre solo hds and these cant match them but they deffinitely can match all of the in ear beats. The wire is one of the greatest factors. Buy these if you dont want overpowering bass or treble

What's great about it: The fit
What's not so great: Nothing so far
While I am a big fan of Bose, these are right up there for quality, fit and sound. My biggest problem with in ear phones is the fit. Since these are designed for women's ears, they fit better for me than any other in ear headphone. They stay in the ear. The sound is very good, almost as good as Bose but not quite. Since my primarly use is for the ipad and watching movies, they are great. I would highly recommend them especially for women. There are three sizes designed for women from medium to xsmall. They also include a noise isolation ear tip as well. I can not rate the durability since I have only had them for a couple of days.
