What's great about it: The water and ice dispenser is great for filling large containers. The slim icemaker helps save space inside the refrig
What's not so great: The delivery service on the first refrigerator.
When measuring the depth, add an extra inch for the plug and the back bevel of the refrig. I moved the outlet up above the refrig. which helped make the refrig. fit in the space better.
Due to the delivery guys mishandling of the refrigerator and improper installation, I had to get a new refrigerator which took a month. The second refrigerator delivery people were fantastic and so is the new refrigerator. The second day, the light bulb in the freezer blew out which was annoying, but fixable without any help from LG. The space in the refrig is great. Overall, I love my new refrigerator.

What's great about it: Perfect size, lots of space
What's not so great: Curved door shelves varied width
I was hesitant to go with this brand after 13 happy years with a Whirlpool, but I live in an older home that limits the size that will fit and we really wanted French doors. Very pleased with it so far - quiet operation, seems efficient. The one thing that we didn't notice when shopping is that the shelves on the doors are narrower at the outer edges than near the middle, which means some items will only fit in the middle of the shelf. Also, delivery was a bit of a hassle because the back side of the frig sticks out about 1/2" farther than the width listed - which meant it didn't fit through my kitchen entryway and was left in the dining room. I was able to get it in place by removing the doors and door mounting hardware, as well as taking the molding off around my doorway. If you are in an older home, measure carefully!

What's great about it: Price, free delivery, free removal of existing refrig.
What's not so great: No complaints.
It took about 36 hours for the ice maker to kick in, but, it has been a charm since. The slide shelf was bent upon delivery and replaced via service call to Geek Squad.
Very quiet and no negatives. The machine is only about five weeks on site, but, so far it is fine.

This was the only 3 door available to fit in the space I have and it's perfect. I can't believe how quiet the ice maker is.

What's great about it: Quiet operation, great design.
What's not so great: Havent found anything that I'm unhappy with.
I absolutely love my new LG refrigerator. The different size shelves/bins took some getting used to but overall, I am very happy with it. Crushed ice was a must when I was searching for a new refrigerator. It works like a charm. I would recommend the LG to anyone.
