What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Broke after one month's use
After one month of weekly use, my steam cleaner quit steaming. I sent it in for warranty repair last week and it's still to be determined if it's fixable or if I'll be getting a new one. When it did work, I wasn't impressed with it's cleaning ability, but it was easy to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Easy to set up, very good price
What's not so great: you have to keep washing the pads
What I like about this product you do not have to use cleaning chemicals. It saves me money, and it sanitizes my floor with extremely hot water. I have a baby and the baby is now crawling and I feel safe to know the floor is clean for the baby.

What's great about it: Has cleaned every hard floor since I purchased it.
What's not so great: The cord would be better if it retracted and was longer.
I have used several steam mops in the past. This one is very well constructed. It does not feel like it will break in half when washing the floor. I should have traded in the mop in bucket for this steam cleaner years ago. The steam cleaner is very easy to use especially the water fill bottle that conveniently disconnects from the steam mop. The pad can be used on both sides which is a great feature. I also like that fact that the pads can be cleaned.
This product is or has... A practical steam tank, Light weight, Able to clean new and set-in stains, No harmful cleaning agents, just distilled water., light weight but heavy enough to be effective.

It cleans any foot mark or dirt in seconds ( i have a puppy and always left his paw prints on my dark brown hard wood floor) , and it dry fast, the stream disinfects the floor and no bugs can run around anymore. Its not heavy at all and i can simply push it around everywhere. I love it and use it every other day.

What's great about it: Good price, works well
What's not so great: Steam button, corded
Steam mop was easy to assemble, and came with two different cleaning cloths. Cleaned hard wood floors pretty easily, much easier and less mess than a normal mop. Steam tank was a bit small, and holding down the steam button got tiring. Some of the more expensive models have different steam temperature and amount settings, but the one setting worked fine for me. For the price, I was very happy with this mop.

I received the Bissell Steam Cleaner from my children for Christmas. I was hesitant at first to use on my laminate floors, but I was wrong!
With 3 or more dogs coming in and out of the house, my floors were always dirty and I dreaded mopping all the time. The Bissell Steamer did a GREAT job cleaning my floors and they looked better than using a sponge mop. No chemicals or cleaners...just water! It was easy to put together and to use. Just fill the water reservoir with water and plug in and you are ready to clean! The dual sided pad is Great feature and the pads are machine washable! I would recommend the Bissell Steam Floor cleaner to anyone who wants a very clean and sanitary floor and wants to save time!!!
