What's great about it: does everything anyone would want.
What's not so great: nothing
perfect except for lack of instant 1 - 6 mins cook options.as is, one needs to pump in times and cook levels.
On another point, all those programmed options are insulting, dumb and/or wasteful. i have in mind buttons like didcated ones for, say, "pizza." Cooked or raw? (It never says) Further, people are not that dumb that they cannot figure out what time/cook settings work for different stuff.

why not use the technology for something really innovative? Not sure what, but right now, the preset-dedicated buttons are offensive

What's great about it: features, looks, fan
What's not so great: lighting
Replaced a counter top unit- bought as open box, but item was perfect with all mounting materials. The BB sales person was outstanding and made sure we had everything for a successful install. Took 2 hours including adding a circuit/plug installation for the unit. Decent weight and performance. Light is dimmer than halogens and not very effective, but we supplemented with low voltage LED lights from Lowes- works great. So far so good- real test of any product is if it is trouble free for a reasonable period of time- so far we love it.

What's great about it: Sensor cooking is so great it's addictive!
What's not so great: Fan is loud enough to make it hard to hear people in another room.
We installed this microwave a few months ago and are delighted. The sensor cooking is simple to use and works great - we use it all the time. Another useful feature is the kitchen timer that will run while the microwave is cooking. The display can be set to turn off when not in use to save energy. The light for the range has different brightness settings - another energy saving feature. The fan is loud, but no more so than the range hood we replaced. We're moving soon, and we're going to have to buy another one of these microwaves for our new home!

What's not so great: nothing.
We picked this up and within an hour I had it installed and running. 3 days later it went on sale and we got $20 back. It looks great and is quiet compared to our last one. This is a nice microwave for the price.

What's great about it: fully featured at a great price
Works great and as promised. Good size, fits most foods just fine. Sensor works marvelously for reheating. Simple to learn while still full feature. Timer on the stove light and multi-speed fan are nice features.

Great microwave for a great price. Powerful exhaust fan, works great. Only thing to change would be the LED readout for clock, very hard to see the blue color but not the end of the world.

What's great about it: Quiet and works as advertised - and price
What's not so great: Quality control during production and shipping...
Once installed, it's working exactly as advertised - cooks fast and quiet. Average size, but we use it for simple tasks, not elaborate microwaved meals. We had to send original one back because there were "loose parts" in it - opened the front panel to insert the vent filter before installing and found a electronic component (resistor?) sitting loosely and unattached in the compartment - no clue where it should be, but clear that it did not belong there. Light cover also was not attached, so decision was made to return and replace without installing. Best Buy was great about exchanging product. Second item had small dent on side right out of the box - but no loose parts and dent is hidden by cabinets, so we decided to install instead of returning again or canceling order and finding an alternate model from another manufacturer. So it works well - hot/even, quiet, etc., all the necessary shortcut keys, etc. - but the level of the quality control during production is suspect,.

I have been very pleased with this product so far. It works great and was very easy to install. It has a very sleek design and really logical buttons. I looked at several that were more than 100 dollars more than this one with similar features.

What's great about it: Looks good ease of use
So far its a great microwave for the money...very large turntable so plenty of room for the plate...love the settings, very easy and simple. The loud beeper is awesome...i can be somewhere else in the house and still hear it when it goes off.
My only complaints are that the fans are towards the back of the microwave and since i usually use the front burner some condensation gets on the front of the micro ...my only other complaint is that the door is a little hard to shut and open. This didn't effect my rating though because overall its very worth the price.

It is very easy to use and cooks much faster than my old one. I like the preset buttons for things like melting.

I bought this microwave for my new dream home, and I couldn't be any happier. It is very easy to use and has a pretty blue numerical display. It is an excellent value for the money, and I recommend it for anyone looking for a quality microwave on a budget.
