I saw this one at the foothill bestbuy and got it for 2600

What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: 3D Glasses a little heavy and uncomfortable
Excellent in all ways. I am so glad I ended up with this 60 inch, and not the 55. The picture is great, sound is ok but hooked up through my Yamaha and Bose 7 speakers, WOW. The 3D glasses work ok, but are a little heavy and after one 2hr movie, the ears and nose need a break. But overall, I still have to say Sony has delivered again. I actually have 8 TV's, 3 are Sony Bravias, and the only regret is that I have to work nights and week-ends so I don't get to enjoy this as much as I'd like. Once I have BB come out and calibrate, I don't know if it could get any better, but hey, for the $$$ (Which BB gave me a deal I could not refuse) then I want the whole package to be perfect, and for now, I have to say it is....
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Great picture and features
What's not so great: Audio output & other cheap I/O hardware
This TV is great, nice picture & features, however there were other offers from LG that come with 4 sets of 3D glasses included for less money! Hey Sony, how come YOU dont offer free 3D glasses? Also whats up with the VERY CHEAP audio output 1/8" jack?? What happened to the RCA audio output jacks?? Money saving perhaps, trading profit for quality? This jack SUCKS! if I bump into it its going to break! Requres an adapter if you aready have RCA setup, which I did with my Bravia 52" What gives Sony? Moving around on the internet is a pain with the remote for sure. I bought another Sony because of the quality, hardware quality is going down Sony!

Sony lover. Works perfectly. Bought initially Sharp 60" and then exchanged for this Sony TV. Just perfect in every aspect.

What's great about it: picture quaility
Great TV easy to use and set up. Connects well with other products including sony's google TV dvd player.
Best Uses: Casual User (mostly watch TV shows), Movies

What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Cost of replacement bulbs
Purchased Sony 60inch XBR and have already had to replace (2) bulbs at $250.00 each while friends who purchased Panasonic and Samsung at the same time haven't had to replace any. Got no satisfaction from the Sony Corp. despite being a long time dedicated Sony customer. Unless you have lots of cash to keep your set running, stick to other brands...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
