What's great about it: Easy to install. You can plug and go or add the additional software for full programming of the mouse
What's not so great: No issues, price is a little higher than other mice on the market but Best Buy has the better pricing out there
I am the ergonomic specialist at our company and I recommend this mouse to most people with wrist issues. It is a great design that is better for wrist and hand than a standard mouse. Your forearm is much more relaxed while using this mouse and takes away the abduction and adduction movement for many mouse users with a standard mouse.
This mouse is the "SMALL" version for smaller hands. Best Buy should put the word small in the main product name.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's not so great: nothing.
This is the best mouse for those with wrist issues. It takes about a week to get used to it, but if you have pain in your wrist from using a traditional mouse, this will definitely help.
