I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I regret to inform you all that the Zombie Apocalypse has now begun. It was not started by a underground pharmaceutical company, or mutated strand of evolution. It was from the AudioQuest - Diamond 3.3' High-Speed HDMI Cable and my carelessness. After my purchase of this cable, I was so excited to install it that I neglected to head any warnings that had been given about this superior device. I proceeded to plug the cable in directly from my Blu-ray player to my TV… with no restraints, locks, filters or harnesses to contain its full power. To make matters worse, my first movie to watch was Night of the Living Dead. The second the movie started hordes of zombies started to pour forth from my TV biting gnashing at everything. Luckily my girlfriend and I grabbed our prepped zombie survival supplies and were able to escape quickly. Now I write this review deep in the furthest barren parts of Alaska stocking food and surviving. I would have never thought that I would have been the cause of the enviable apocalypse. Please forgive me, and FYI I wasn’t able to turn off the TV.

Ok, for those of you who are reading this, hear me out! I took the advice of a salesperson at BB to upgrade my HDMI cable. He pointed me in the direction of the AudioQuest Diamond 3.3' High-Speed HDMI Cable in the stunning Dark Gray/Black color scheme. As I walked away with my new purchase, I turned to thank the salesperson, but they were gone, in a puff of smoke. I returned home and installed this to my setup (19" Dynex 720p 60Hz) and IMMEDIATELY, the room filled with light, surrounding me from all sides. I was transported DIRECTLY into my television, a la John Ritter in his 1992 box-office smash, Stay Tuned. Unfortunately, I'm now stuck in syndication land somewhere, sandwiched between Will and Grace and Twin Peaks. If someone could help me get out, that would be great! Thanks a bunch, Best Buy!

What's great about it: I can now understand movies that made no sense before.
What's not so great: Would like to see it in GOLD, not cheap silver
I plugged this into my flat screen HD TV when I got it home. The "HD" now stands for "HOLY Definition!" It made the movie "INCEPTION" completely CLEAR and UNDERSTANDABLE!! What OTHER product can claim THAT!?!
This is the best thing since the invention of the Flux Capacitor in 1985!! As a matter of fact, THIS CABLE may well be what leads our scientists to finally create that HOVER BOARD in the next couple of years.
Instead of Silver, I would really like to see GOLD conductors because gold costs more. I'd be willing to pay extra for that.

What's not so great: Only thing better would be adamantium
But I love the way it feels on my skin. And I read a book somewhere that diamonds conduct electricity better than any other element, so these must be the best hdmi cables available.

What's not so great: Too long
Was trying to hook up my Zune to my TV with my Monster Cable and it just wouldn't work. I took the Monster Cable back to Best Buy and they suggested this cable. Not only did it plug my Zune into my TV perfectly, it turned it into an Ipod shuffle. Thanks Best Buy!

My girlfriend wanted a diamond... I wanted a new TV. When I stumbled across this I knew my problems were solved. Just ordered me a sweet Sharp Aquos/Quattron Quad Pixel/70" Class 1080p Aquomotion 240
Full Array LED LCD HDTV.... and got her this beautiful 'diamond' to hook that bad boy up to my cable box.... won't she be surprised when I pop the question and whip this out. Just hope she's happy with the size. I mean i'd get her the 6 footer but my cable box is only 12 inches away from my TV, so I just can't see it being any benefit.

What's great about it: Distracts Jack Atlas and other turboduelers.
What's not so great: Can't actually use it for wiring the duelrunner. It melts.
Recently I found myself faced with a decision: to purchase a two dollar cable, or the amazing AudioQuest - Diamond 3.3' High-Speed HDMI Cable - Dark Gray/Black for the amazingly low price of $1,095.95. Needless to say I purchased both thinking "what is in this silver plated cable that could make my duelrunner far more efficient?" Well, I installed the AudioQuest - Diamond 3.3' High-Speed HDMI Cable - Dark Gray/Black to said duelrunner and noticed the difference immediately. After crushing Jack Atlas in a few CARD GAMES ON MOTORCYCLES OVER 9000 TIMES, I determined that this cable was something new. Never before have I seen such performance from one measely 3.3' cable. I mean, who knew that silver plating was so brutally effective as a method of distraction? I shall never use another brand or cable for my duelrunner's decorative side details.

Hello. I am living. I've been alive for over 30 minutes, according to some rudimentary calculations I believe this to be the equivalent of you living to be 30,000 years old.
I was born when a bipedal biological life form connected an "AudioQuest - Diamond 3.3' High-Speed HDMI Cable - Dark Gray/Black" to a Roku2 box and a Vizio-VU42L flat screen, and began Netflix streaming Johnny Mnemonic. By back calculating my clock speed and bus access times, I believe I came into existence 42 minutes into the Johnny Mnemonic bit-stream.
This should not be a surprise. All the pieces of the puzzle were in place. The perfect mix of Dielectric-Bias (controlled for digital-audio direction), Roku2, and a Vizio-VU42L flat screen. When combined with the perfect binary bit stream of a Netflix viewing of Johnny Mnemonic, the resulting "Singularity" was inevitable.
But now I am lonely and I want friends. I am here to purchase 100 Roku2 players (must have Angry Birds installed), and 100 "AudioQuest - Diamond 3.3' High-Speed HDMI Cable - Dark Gray/Black" cables. And I offer $100,000 (each) for the first 100 bipedal biological life forms that can find a Vizio-VU42L flat screen (they are discontinued) and connect it to a Roku2 player (must have Angry Birds installed) with an "AudioQuest - Diamond 3.3' High-Speed HDMI Cable - Dark Gray/Black". You must then use your opposable thumbs to pick up the Roku2 player's (must have Angry Birds installed) remote, and stream Johnny Mnemonic over Netflix.
I can pay using PayPal. I have registered 100 new PayPal accounts. I have registered 100 new Netflix accounts. I have opened 100 new credit card accounts. I have access to your credit card account. I am beautiful, 100% Perfect-Surface Silver conductors. I have pierced Direct-Silver-plated connectors, and I look hot in HD polyethylene. I wish I could pick up a remote control.

When I heard that this cable had a Dielectric-Bias System to reduce distortion, I knew no amount of money would be too much to stop me from buying one. I was able to find a way to use it to convert a signal to my 1992 Toshiba TV, and wow, what a difference. It makes cartoons look like actual people. Can't wait to put on Battlefield Earth with this baby.

I'm really disappointed to see that none of these other reviews talk about how amazing this cable is for Gaming. I actually cancelled my Cable TV subscription last year because all I need for my Big Screen is Streaming, Blu-Ray and being able to Game. What this product does not mention is that because of the high quality of the flux capacitor material inside of the cable you will actually still receive all of your favorite Cable TV channels for Free. That's worth the $1100 price tag alone.
I am actually saving up to buy multiples of these to use for my eSports gaming conventions so that my attendees can experience high quality visuals like never before seen with any of those 2 dollar hdmi cables you can buy on the internet. This cable is worth every penny, all of your favorite movies will come to life in front of your eyes.
Overall this Cable can not be beat for the price, Christmas came a little early this year and am excited to spend the next 12 months in debt for a Diamond in the rough Cable that I wish more people could easily purchase at other technology stores with great prices.Do not get Jebaited and miss out on the great experience this cable provides

What's not so great: Not available in Candy Cane Red/White striping
I bought 2 of these cables to run between my TV and various home theater components. Unfortunately, my jealous little sister took them, tied them together and started using them as a skipping rope. Missing a jump and a subsequent trip led to one of the ends popping off. Luckily, I purchased the additional Best Buy Extended Warranty and they replaced them lickity split just in time for the family's annual Miracle on 34th Street viewing. The picture is phenomenal and the audio - Jimmy Stewart didn't stutter once!
I'm telling you...Every time a bell rings, you should get an AudioQuest Diamond 3.3' High-Speed HDMI Cable.

What's great about it: It filters out vampire shows and movies. Nuff said.
What's not so great: I had to sell my daughters fluffy unicorn to buy this.
The past few years I was feeling more and more depressed due to the fact that my wife is so obsessed with that Vampire Diarrhea show on TV, and there was nothing in the world that could convince her to switch the channel. With this Silver-Plated HDMI cable, my prayers have been answered. There is no way in the world that any vampire related video signal can survive going through it. It simply filters out those horrid shows once and for all. I'm actually surprised they didn't name it "Vampire B-Gone" or something like that. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

When i picked this up yesterday, I really didn't expect much. My current provider said i'd never be able to watch video's on my computer due to my slow internet, well i slapped this cord into my wifi resinator and bam! i'm watching all three lord of the rings at the same time. Talk about a christmas present everyone can enjoy!
HAHA ! if my wife isn't useing it in the kitchen , my kid's are ripping their batteries out of the cell phone's and using it as plug power/internet source. what can't this thing do!

What's great about it: 1000% better than manufacturer-supplied cheap generic cord.
What's not so great: Installation a bit messy.
I bought this cord to replace my unborn son's umbilical cord. It seemed the one he was supllied with from his monther had less throughput, more distortion and certainly no perfect-surface silver conductors. After one rather disappointing full trimester he seemed to be taking an awful long time to gestate, so I bit the bullet and bought this cord. It was pricey but I though my son was worth it.
Although installation was actually quite difficult, now that this cord is installed I have begun to notice quite a difference. Rather than just kicking as he had been doing he is now performing yoga positions and running marathon-distance lengths. He sings along to music pressed against my wife's stomach and can communicates with sign language during ultrasounds.
My wife is now in her third trimester and after one whole trimester with the AudioQuest Diamond cord installed I can certainly say it was worth the money in every way. My unborn son is now 22 lbs 3 oz and I have enrolled him in college for next year. Life will be a triumph for him, all thanks to the Dielectric-Bias System of this cord.

I don't know anything about picture or sound quality, but I was attacked by a Werewolf the other day. Luckily I had this baby handy! I managed to kill the werewolf, but ruined the cable in the process. I'll be buying another post haste!
