What's great about it: Nice phone if you don't need the mute button
What's not so great: MUTE beep is annoying to other parties
Seriously? The Mute button has to make noise? Its a MUTE button, it should be silent! Failed to look at reviews first as a friend had recommended it... Then he and I were using it on a call to each other and he asked what that beeping was? Why, it's the stupid mute button, we both searched for options to make it un-noticable to the other, but there is no way to use Mute and Speaker phone together without the other party knowing you were muted.

I bought this phone for my 98 year old grandmother because she has a hard time hearing on cordless phones with her hearing aids. She can hear the person she is talking to with out interference.

What's great about it: Hands free land line...
What's not so great: It could have came with a longer wall cord, so I didn't have to purchase one...
I bought this speaker phone for my sister who had a hand injury...The phone is great...She doesn't have to worry about batterries going out...The voice and sound recognition is clear..The numbers are big and bold....Purchased a long cord so the phone can go many feet in any room...

What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Requires batteries for speaker phone.
Good phone, easy to set up and use. The speaker works very well. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that batteries are required for the speaker phone to work.

What's great about it: Easy set up and easy to see numbers
What's not so great: No back light
I just needed a basic speaker phone for the kitchen. My biggest complaint is that there is no backlight for the display. My phone is not in a well lit area, so it is hard to see who is calling.

What's great about it: Large number buttons
What's not so great: Menu navigation, sound quality
I bought this for my home office. I telework and the sound quality for conference calls is awful. Trying to navigate the menu on the display to check voice-mail or dial out to a previous caller is nerve-racking. Don't be fooled by the looks and "features". This is a basic phone. Spend the extra $$ and get a real business phone if you want clarity and ease of use.
