What's great about it: it cooks like it's supposed to
What's not so great: it's annoying
How can a simple small appliance be so thoughtlessly made? Yes it works, but the human factors engineering is non-existent on this device. The buzzer that goes off when the cooking is done is too loud, it buzzes 5 times, and it goes off every 10 seconds until you open the door. pushing the stop button doesn't stop the buzzer. If it's started buzzing right before you open the door the buzzer continues until it's done with the 5 buzzes. This sounds nit-picky but it's no fun being nagged by a nails-on-chalkboard buzzer when you're doing other tasks in or near the kitchen. Also, the button to release the door requires way too stiff. I won't buy fridgidaire again, they don't appear to put much thought into the user's experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: price
I bought this for our office kitchen. It had to be a fairly large and powerful countertop model at a cheap price. This fit the bill and has worked fine.
This product is or has... Shortcut keys that save time, A turntable that cooks evenly, The power to cook quickly!, Quiet, Big enough to handle large items, Easy to clean

What's great about it: price and basic operation
What's not so great: Clock is inacurrate
Bought this model on sale for $107.99. Good machine for the price. I have had no trouble with the oven's operation.
The clock gains abut 6 seconds a day. Consequently, it will need periodic adjustment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Size, ease of use, turntable
What's not so great: Obvious software bug in the control panel
Great basic microwave, but- the time changes from AM to PM and vice-versa at 1:00! I found the same problem on reviews of similar Frigidaire microwaves at Amazon and all over the Internet. This is not unique to this model or specific unit, it apparently affects quite a few. While this may not be a big deal since most people will obviously know if it's AM or PM, what else is wrong with the control panel that we don't know about yet? It obviously can't be programmed to cook anything in advance if you happen to want it to turn on between 12-1. This just shows poor workmanship and quality control.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
