This is a fantastic Network speaker with awesome sound and range.great step up from the NS300 .the only drawback is that I do not see a way to stream Pandora ( or any music streaming service) from my PC or Sony Blu Ray Player through to the speaker.
This product has... Right size for my space, Easy to set up, Good build quality
About me... practical, Tech savvy

Great to have a wireless speaker wherever I want

What's great about it: Convenient product
What's not so great: Not worth current full price
When I purchased the Sony 5.1 system coupled with a DVD player and iPod dock (see related products) the price of this speaker went down from $250 to $100 which is a great deal. I think $250 is too high of a price for this item. I can play audio from the DVD players many menu options including TV, radio, Pandora, etc. It also operates with other wireless devices in my network like my computer. It sure beats my computers' built in speaker. I have speakers I can plug into my computer but wireless is much more convenient.
This speaker has four or five speakers in it, two or so on each side. The 360 degree sound works great as a party speaker. It works great out on my deck so I don't need a cumbersome radio and the sound quality is pretty good for having just one speaker. I also put it in my bathroom to listen to the radio in the morning.
Adding one more speaker would enable better surround sound if you can afford it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Wireless functionality did not work
This wireless speaker did not work wirelessly. Had to contact Sony to trouble shoot the issue, which was difficult in it self. It was determined that the unit had to be send back for repair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Bass is awesome, sounds great
What's not so great: Has connectivity problems, the DLNA feature needs some improvement.
The connection seems to cut out often, causing the music to pause or stop completely. Also, you can only stream music through the speaker, you cannot stream the audio for videos or movies.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
