What's not so great: No way to charge it unless it is a USB port.
For a little speaker it has a big sound. Love that its portable and wireless. Wish it would be a little louder but works great. Well worth teh money.

I had to return the product the very next day after I received it because it did not work at all! This will be the last time I buy a product off line withouts seeing it first in the stores.

I was concerned when i first bought it because the connection to my Mac was a little suspect and cumbersome. But after connecting it to my IPad it was a piece of cake from there. Just hold the power button on the unit and press play on iTunes on your iPad and you're golden. The bass the unit provides really makes listening to music, watching movies or netflix sooo much better since the iPad has no bass at all.
Battery life is good too.
One thing though make sure you put the little kick stand out in the back as it tends to wander off the table from bass vibration without it, lol!

What's great about it: Great sound for price! I can pair with my Iphone or laptop.
What's not so great: Buttons feel cheaply made (I can live with it)
I wanted something small for my kitchen because my laptop speakers are feeble. It is perfect! And only $43. Battery life is great. Sound is great. Love it!

What's not so great: slight ambient noise during non-play, could fall off of surfaces
I use this bluetooth speaker everyday; usually in the morning getting ready for the day to listen to music. I can connect it wirelessly to my phone, tablet, or any audio device using the included 3.5mm (standard audio) cable. The battery lasts several days without the need for a recharge, which is simple considering the popular microUSB charge connection. The sound quality is good though there is some detectable static when the music is between songs due to the bluetooth connection - it is not especially annoying. It is very easy to use, just hold the power button to power on, push once to power off; hold the play/pause button to put into pairing/discoverable mode. It could have more features as the only controls are power on/off, volume up/down, and play/pause (I would like to have a skip button). It may vibrate off especially slippery surfaces if the volume is up rather high.
Cheaper than the Jambox, similar to rocketfish.

I have been a little slow to embrace Blue Tooth Devices when using them with either my iPad or iTouch. I bought this unit because it was on sale and even though their were no reviews, I figured for the $59 price tag, if I didn't like the sound, it would be good enough to use at work. After syncing my iPad 2 with the unit, I eagerly pressed play only to discover that the Highs-Mids-Lows are equally represented and actually the sound is so good, I immediately started looking for other iHome products. I also tested the sound and syncing ability with my iTouch and my HTC Evo 4G phone and all worked well! I'm thinking about getting a few more of these so that I can have them utilized in places where it doesn't make sense to have an elaborate sound system. I primarily use my device in my office and often times people stop by and ask me where I got my speakers from because they sound like they obviously didn't come with my work computer.
