What's great about it: Grand performance and value for the money.
What's not so great: The pen is a bit cumbersome and heavy for small hands but the design is well balanced to compensate for that.
I've been an illustrator for many years and worked with graphic tablets from about the time that they were first created... I have to admit that for the remarkable low price that Best Buy offers this particular item, including the two bits off software that comes along with it, I don't know where you can find a better performing product or bargain for your artistic or graphic input needs... the pad has a very large, sensitive work area which easily allows you to feel like you are working on a one to one working scale relationship with your wide screen setups... it also has a lot of programmable options that I have yet to take full advantage of, built in on the tablet, but they should speed up the interaction with the many software programs I am working between... I would def recommend purchasing this product and buying it from Best Buy... I did a great deal of research on graphic pads before ordering this one and for the money it is worth every penny and Best Buy was offering the best price anywhere on the internet... although I had a great deal of problems ordering through their online shopping access and the problem couldn't be fixed by their online assistance, it was a glitch in their programming... a simple phone call and the help of a very pleasant operator in their sales department assisted me with the purchase... it took a lot longer, and I'm glad I had the time to commit to do it, but it was well worth it and kind of nice to talk to an actual person for a change instead of just dealing with purchasing an item with a few clicks and having a package arrive... but do check your totals on your purchase at checkout if you do order online before you charge anything... all-in-all, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product for professionals or hobbiest!
