What's great about it: VERY Basic and Easy-To-Use Design, INCLUDES Numeric Keypad!!
What's not so great: Can become somewhat unresponsive when used to extreme levels.
The wireless keyboard/mouse combo works well for the price you pay for it. Dynex usually delivers solidly on all their products, and Dynex is a trusted brand offered by Best Buy as one of their Store Brands. It's not nearly as good as the higher end Microsoft and Logitech kb/mouse combos out there... Like mentioned before, you get what you pay for. Very basic design, not ergonomically designed... (Not comfortable if typing a LOT every day, continuously. Will tire out wrists and your carpals, if I am using that word correctly. Whatever, you get the point of what I am saying. If used every day all day long, drastically used for extreme amounts of typing, it will probably cause light to moderate pain.
VERY IDEAL FOR A MINIMAL TYPIST!

What's great about it: Compatible with Windows 8 beta
What's not so great: overpriced
To be honest, I only ended up with this one because the store that had the one I wanted (Newnan, GA) closed an hour earlier on Sunday than every other Best Buy store in the area, and the one I got to ten minutes before IT closed didn't have the one I wanted.
I do wish the keyboard had indicators for the various locks, but so far I haven't accidentally hit any of the lock keys while using it. It's meant for the living room where I have a spare laptop hooked up to the big screen TV (bonus factoid: the keyboard and mouse are perfectly compatible with Windows 8 Consumer Preview, at least so far) which means it won't exactly have to endure high-intensity use.
Still, I'd rather have gotten the other one, for which I would have paid less.

What's great about it: It makes a nice paper weight
What's not so great: Everything else
This is the worst thing I have ever picked up from Dynex besides Best Buys Insignia brand. I had to file one of the keys to get it unstuck, the CHEAP plastic in this product cannot retain its rigidity so you have to "bend" the keyboard to make it level, and there are no indicators for num lock caps lock ect. If I didn't spend forty bucks for this thing it would be in the dumpster in pieces by now. It goes back to the store asap. I recommend an upgrade from your original keyboard not a downgrade, most keyboards that come with desktop computers are more sophisticated and well made than this $%#!.

What's great about it: reliability
What's not so great: price
2 months use, good solid product, basic functions, wireless works well. At 39.99 was too pricey for a store brand - should have been more like $25-30. I replaced a GE wireless keyboard that I only paid $19 for.
