What's great about it: Does everything it's supposed to do and it's super quiet!
So glad we got a Bosch dishwasher this time. It does what it's supposed to do and we get clean dishes every time. Very quiet! Love it! Installation by BB was great! Would definitely buy from BB again.

What's great about it: Sparkly, clean dishes
What's not so great: Too soon to tell.
I didn't realize how cloudy my plastic cups and spotty my glassware and silverware was until I got this new dishwasher. It could be the improvement from old & broken to new but I really feel the quality of this dishwasher is a big part as well. Even cleans out dried oatmeal, etc. Very happy with my new dishwasher.

After extensive time on Consumer Reports this Bosche was clearly the best dishwasher for the $. We bought and it's lived up to its reputation... extremely quiet, holds all our dishes and washes better than any dishwasher we've owned.

What's not so great: Dishes come out dirtier than when they go in
Despite cleaning out the trap daily and rinsing the dishes before being placed in there, the dishes come out with particles caked on to them. Have had a serviceman out 5 times, and tried every suggestion made by Bosch and problem still persists. Was told by bosch that they would stand by product if the problem continued even though I was approaching the end of the warranty. Warranty is over and they are still dragging their feet. Looking for my next dishwasher which will NOT be a Bosch!

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Lower sound than my old dishwasher and placement of dishes
What's not so great: You have to buy the power cord separately - $40-$60
I would've have given this product a 5 star but unfortunately the manufacturer didn't include a power cord. I had my dishwasher all ready to go regarding installation only to find out in the manual that I need to buy a separate power cord. I would rather have the manufacturer charge me extra for the convenience of including a cord. Most of all, I've never had to buy a cord for an appliance I purchased!

Replaced my old 1980's dishwasher and what a difference. The dishes come out perfect without even pre-washing them. You can hardly tell it's running.

What's great about it: Performance and looks.
We bought this to replace a less expensive dishwasher that was noisy, did not get the dishes clean/left a film even when using a rinse agent and had a seal that occasionally leaked water onto the hardwood floors. We decided to pay a little more this time and buy based on the ratings. We have been using it daily for several weeks and it is very quiet and gets the dishes clean with no spots. We use the auto sense cycle which will determine how dirty the dishes are and adjust the length of the cycle accordingly. We have used the time-delay feature but it is so quiet when it runs that I will run it when we are in the kitchen. So far I don't see any negatives to this dishwasher and would highly recommend it. The stainless steel finish is easy to keep clean. There is a stainless steel polish that you can buy that works well. We have not tried the feature that allows for oversize dishes to be washed but I would expect that to work well.

What's not so great: Style of racks and long cycles.
Really think it cleans nice the features are nice with the sanitize cycle My complaints:
1. If you have larger dishes pots, pans, platters... they do not fit in well has an odd lay out though it is great for everyday dishes.
2. Even the shortest cycles take a long time to clean.
3. Have not figured out the Rinse aid adjustment setting that works best yet.

This was our first purchase of a Bosch. I love the quiteness of the dishwasher. The dishwasher is very easy to use and a very sleek design. The only complaint I have is that I do not care for the middle washing wand it makes it difficult to add tall items in the dishwasher.

I bought this dishwasher to replace a builder grade one that didn't last 3 years. After reading tons and tons of reviews, I settled on Bosch. I have not been disappointed. The machine is super quiet and get's everything very clean without having to pre-wash. The only drawback is we have to pack the dishwasher differently due to our unique plate/bowl set but it is by no means a deterrent. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone.

This dishwasher is great!!! Quiet, efficeint, dries best when the sanitize option is used. Very quiet and the light at the bottom is needed to tell when it is on. It cleans (as a dishwasher is supposed to) and adds beauty to your kitchen. I love it!!!

We have used this dishwasher a few times now and are simply amazed. The dishes are clean, really clean! Have no complaints about there being no drying...quite honestly they are everybit as dry as any other dishwasher we have owned. Super quiet, LOVE that!! I don't mind using the finish brand soap, it's not as messy for us...so again, no complaints here. Have no issues load it either. Price is a little steep but it does what it is supposed to do...and really well so the value is there. Often we buy things the cost a lot but do not meet expectations...not this machine.

We replaced an 8 year-old unit that came with the house that was nothing but a sanatizer. We had to completely wash everything. This Bosche is FABULOUS!!!! I can't say enough. Holds A LOT! Quiet! Easy to use! Get's EVERYTHING off the dishes! Dried on fried egg, spaghetti, melted cheese, peanut butter all that we left on for at least 2 days to try this baby out! Dries great too! If we ever move, it's coming with me. lol

What's not so great: Expensive but if it lasts a long time then I'm okay with the price.
Love the looks of this dishwasher! Seems like nice quality and per other reviews it was rated very high. It is expensive but hopefully you get what you pay for:) Time will tell, we have only had it for a couple of months.

I purchased this dishwasher anout 3 months ago to replace a 20 year old GE that I had. It is sooooo quiet. I need to check the light on the bottom to make sure it is working. It does an excellent job on glasses, fine china, and soiled pots and pans. It holds a lot of dishes for a full load and it has a half load feature. I gave it less than excellent on performance because the top rack seems to pool water especially if plastic containers are placed there so it is a bit annoying to have to put these on the counter to dry before putting them away.

What's not so great: The shortest cycle is a full 90 minutes!
The dishwasher is very, very quiet and does a great job cleaning. My only complaint is that I didn't check for one important feature - a quick wash cycle :-(
When I'm entertaining, sometimes I need to run a quick 1/2 hour wash and the shortest cycle on this dishwasher is a full 90 minutes! Shocking! It's supposed to be energy efficient so I'm hoping my PG&E bill reflects that. Apparently, there is another model that has a shorter cycle but the salesperson didn't mention that. I didn't discover this feature was missing until the dishwasher was already installed.

What's not so great: Racks take some getting use to.
My unit was delivered by a couple of good Bestbuy guys at around 10am on a Saturday morning and by 2:00pm that same day I had her up and running. My family had gone without a dishwasher since our contractor grade washer gave out after a couple of years. We have been hand washing ever since and didnt think we were missing out on much. Boy was i wrong....As the other reviewers have stated this unit is just simply a quality product.. It quietly cleans. What more could you ask for from a dishwasher? Ive a actually put it to the test by leaving dishes overly dirty and they all come out perfect every time. We've had it for over a month now and i honestly cannot think of a single knock on the machine. I cannot imagine how a pricier unit could do a better job than the Bosch 300 Series has for my family.
