What's not so great: Loud
This massager is SO loud, it will counteract any satisfaction you get from the massage. The massage is ok but I don't really use it anymore because it's just way too loud. I wouldn't have purchased it if I knew it was so annoyingly loud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: how it makes my feet feel
What's not so great: tickled at first
i bought this for my wife who is 5 months pregnant. she loves it and so do i. my only gripe is about best buy. i had to order this online and pay for shipping because the store hardly carries anything. so many shelves were empty, i would have thought the store was going out of business.
I would recommend this to a friend!
