What's great about it: Many of the same features of Pro Tools|HD* systems
What's not so great: Price
The CPT2 allows me to easily exchange sessions with studios running HD rigs. I do a lot of sound design and video production work and this allows me to expand my post capabilities by giving me VCA groups, 7.1 surround mixing, larger track count and a plethora of other necessary features for my studio work. IMO If I had to list a con it would be price BUT 2 grand is way better than dropping 5-10k on a HD rig.
I would recommend this to a friend!
