What's great about it: looks great. Fairly quiet. Does work.
What's not so great: Price is terrible.
As far as resistance fan type heaters go, this is a very nice one, but really $100 to $125 should be a more resonable value. It is fan based, so it makes some constant noise more like a computer fan, but a bit louder. I have it in a fairly large room and it keeps my local are warm. You have to be realistic, it is essentially a quiet blow dryer. At least it does also act as just a fan for summer use too. I like it, but I'm not sure I'd buy one again. I'd probably just get a utility heater for $45 at the local discount store.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Easy to set up, efficient, compact, and attractive.
Living in a 92 year old house presents challenges for heating and this heater works wonderfully so far. I love the design, the size, and the efficiency. It works much better than the I-Heater I have in another part of my house. I love that you can adjust the flow as well as the temperature, and that it is so compact. I would definitely purchase another one of these in the future.
I would recommend this to a friend!
