What's great about it: Everything so far!
What's not so great: No video upconversion
I had originally order the Denon 1312BA. However, I was disappointed that it did not have the Audyssey set-up mic (even though the BB associate said it did). So, I returned it and ordered this unit. I could not have been happier with this product. Set-up is a breeze with the Audyssey microphone. My room is approx. 15" by 30" and even at 40% volume fills the room and its very clear. I have raised the volume up to ~65% and it is still really sharp. You can set up the 2 extra speakers as Front High speakers. I like this set up better than having them in the back.
I have a PS3 and I still have not encountered the 'Deep Color' problem that some other people have mentioned on the internet. I will update if anything changes.
I ordered the unit in the store and it only took 1 week to receive it. To sum up:
PROS
- Audyssey set-up mic and technology
- USB port for iPod connection
- Amazing sound quality
- Decent price

If you buy this, I would recommend to get Master and Commander: Far Side of the world (Blu-ray). You will fall in love with the system.
