I needed a stove quick, before the holidays. I saw this stove online and on sale and decided to purchase it. My stove got delivered but wasn't installed. I was missing a tube that connects the stove to the gas line. I didn't know, this was my first time buying a stove. I kind of wished that i had been offered to purchase the tube along with the stove but that's ok, not a big deal. Once, i got that fixed, I was pleasantly surprised, everything else went smoothly. The stove is SO easy to clean, the knobs are easy to turn, it cooks well and it looks great. I couln't be happier. Great quality for the price.
However, the only negative thing I can say is that it's so quiet and the knobs are in fact so easy to turn that I am afraid i might not turn off the stove correctly. It's still a fantastic product, i just have to be a little more careful to remember to turn it off properly after every use.

What's great about it: preheat option and continous top surface
What's not so great: wish it was self cleaning for the price too
I have really enjoyed this range. The pre-heat option is great for the novice cook and the top surface is continuous for easy clean-up of spills without the worry of the spill going under a hood and sitting there.
