What's great about it: The cleaning power of the scrubbing brushes is probably the best feature.
What's not so great: Not much thought was put into making the handle ergonomic.
Overall this carpet washing system is exactly what I was looking for and at the price point I was looking for. I have a small yorkie and I have carpet...two things that do not go together! But with this carpet washer I can wash my carpet while at the same time preventing future accidents. Pet odors are completely removed. The cleaning solution removes enzymes in the soiled area which discourages pets from going on the spot in the future. The only thing I did not like was the positioning of the handle. My thumb was bruised pretty bad because I have small hands and too much room around the hard plastic handle caused some friction. Otherwise I was pretty satisfied.

What's not so great: It won't run without my pushing it.
I was impressed so much I bought two more for my sisters. Easier to use than the Bissell I had and has more suction. I love the spinning brushes.

It's great as long as you don't have to do stairs. I didn't pay close enough attention to the model # when I picked it up. Still, it will get out all but the most set-in of stains. I'm not a pet owner but every carpet reaches a time where the vacuum isn't enough to have clean, fresh smelling carpets. Use a good carpet cleaner (Resolve or Oxy clean should suffice) and the hottest water possible to get the "steam" effect (it doesn't really steam). Very good extraction...carpet will be bone dry in a couple of hours max. The only hiccup is the extraction tank only holds about half the water as the main tank, so you'll have to dump it a couple times to do a moderate to large room. You'll know right away it's full when it stops sucking up water from the carpet.

Simple basic carpet pet cleaner, works fast and quicky done.
May need a second carpet pet cleaner for downstairs family room.
