This laptop is fantastic. Had a Dell before this that had two hard drive crashes. Love Samsung. Great size, display, power, and battery. Having the i5 processor is great. Love the ability of the quick boot it has. It is able to turn on from sleep in about a second. I highly recommend this laptop to any person who uses their laptop for general use like email, internet, music, and videos.

What's great about it: Everything
This is the best laptop I have ever owned - it is lightweight, picture is clear, does not heat up - I am surprised how well the air cooling system works - it is always cool, even when watching HD movies. Excellent computer. Love keyboard, trackpad, and screen.

I purchased this laptop about 1 week ago and have had a chance to use it for 5 days now. You cannot believe how lightning fast it is - I used to own a Dell with Intel Core Duo with 2 GB of RAM, and this laptop is probably 5 times faster. It is super quiet, runs very cool, looks very stylish. The screen is probably the best part - it is so bright and so clear that when I look around, everything else in the room looks dim and yellow. The screen's whites are shining, darks are deep - excellent quality LED screen. Battery, starting at 80% smart charge, lasts over 3 hours when I browse the web and install software at the same time - pretty good for intensive work. Keyboard is also quite amazing - I had a small issue with one key making a squeaky sound, but Samsung tech support helped me fix it at home in 2 minutes - such a simple solution - I am glad Samsung was there for me. I ordered this laptop from another retailer via Site-to-Store and I am enjoying this laptop so much! I highly recommend this laptop. For those that are interested in Windows Experience Index scores:
