What's great about it: ???
What's not so great: Does not track well!
I purchsed this watch in hopes of better tracking my calories, heart rate and miles when running. I've been using it for a few months and I am not getting accurate results. The heart rate is low and will randomly beep from time to time even when I'm not exercising. The miles are off as well...I ran a 5K and only 2 miles tracked on my watch. I'm guessing the calories are off as well since it's not tracking other things correctly. I guess you get what you pay for...if you want accurate results spend the money for a good watch!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's not so great: Nothing negative at this time.
My wife and purchased these watches to help us monitor our health so that we can be together for many years to come. The watch has good functions and easy to use buttons. Still need to input some data so that the watch can compute calories, etc. Enjoying my watch
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's not so great: battery life was only one year. Tried changing it myself and it screwed up the watch...hence, buying a second one!
This is my second watch of this model. I love all the features, but especially the pedometer. I just have to remember to turn it back on when I've been motionless for awhile.
I would recommend this to a friend!
