What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: Service SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have had this treadmill for 3 months. During this time, I have had 3 service techs come out and this is still not running correctly. Service techs come from Pro-form and they are only contracted by the mfg.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: treadmill
What's not so great: service sucks
Our belt became off alignment after about 2 weeks of use. I tried to use the manual to fix it and can't get it right. The customer service says we have to pay for it to get fixed even though we just bought the dam thing. Get it installed by someone when you buy it and get extended warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
