What's great about it: Playlists that WORK and isn't complicated to figure out.
What's not so great: Haven't found anything wrong with it so far.
I looked long and hard for a MP3 player that was a pretty good price, wasn't touch screen, good quality and most of all...Had playlists! I found it. This MP3 Player is all I could ask for and more. Even the earphones that came with it work pretty good as well.

What's great about it: ease of operation
What's not so great: unable to download many music and podcasts
I love my walkman but I have to always recharge it because the On/Off switch turns on when it bumps against ANYTHING !
I also thought that I could download music and pod casts but am unable to. Maybe i AM NOT DOING SOMETHING RIGHT BUT IT IS FRUSTRATING.
I have download different tracks from my PC but walkman separates them so they play one song then stops as in individual CDs. Would take any info I can get to make this work. Ready to return for more expensive ipod; which I was trying to avoid

What's great about it: Price, Functionality, Sound Quality, Aux Input, Built-in Rechargable Battery (Portability).
What's not so great: Nothing that I can see. I doesn't separate Bass control but doesn't need it; see for yourself with store display unit!
I've enjoyed this unit and I'm quite pleased with it with one exception; SONY does not provide an adapter that lets you plug it into an Ipod Dock, not even it's own (SONY) brand Ipod Dock! You have to purhase a separate Aux Cord and use the Aux inlet if your Ipod Dock in fact offers one.
By the way, the Logitech Rechargable Speaker S715i is a GREAT accesory for the SONY Walkman. Check the reviews online or better yet to to Best Buy and compare it to other units on display at Best Buy. It's the bests buy (no pun) by far. Close to Bose quality and a fraction of the price! Besides, we use it as a "sound bar" for our tv as well which works out great!

What's great about it: it was a good price easy to use

I purchased this mp3 player it was a pretty color and the quality of the product was excellent, clear showed you the albums that were in it and i like the features

What's great about it: Great looks and functionality
What's not so great: It could use a card slot.
It has great sound quality and a terrific video screen. I'm still trying to learn about its many functions. That's not a complaint. Rather, it is a compliment bcause it can do so much that it will be a while before I have it all figured out. I wish it had a built-in belt clip or an included armband, but it does not so carrying it right now is a bit of a hassle. All in all, I love this unit. A great value for the money!

What's great about it: Used exclusively for music storage; plenty of space
What's not so great: Pricey
User has M.S. and dexterity is a problem but of the non-I POD type players, this one works out OK. The blue color is good for those with poor eyesight.

What's great about it: Easy use and great price.
This is more versatile than my IPod at a much better price. Love the fact it will play FM radio as well as digitally loaded songs.

What's great about it: cool looking/sound quality
What's not so great: alarm clock is useless
I have always enjoyed Sony's electronic products and this one is no exception. The color is ice /neon blue which is cool even for a mid-aged mom. Mostly, I was able tolearn how to work this thing in less an hour without the manual which is a BIG plus for me. The price was a bit steep ($80) with the insurance I purchased that pushed the final pricing over $100. It's not something I splurge on often but the sound quality is excellent even with less quality headphones. There's an alarm clock built-in but unless you have this thing tied to your ears all the time, it's pretty much useless (you can't hear the alarm goes off). The FM radio has a good reception. I was able to download several prescious photos and videos besides my music. Fantastic!!

What's great about it: Very light, easy to setup, good sound quality
What's not so great: i'm not comfortable with the earphones. No speaker like the old models of there Walkman.
Good MP3 player. I bought this as a gift to my mom and she likes it very much. My mom gets how to operate the player. Good for teens and oldies.
